I hired them to prepare my home for a lease property. They did a phenomenal job. Wish I had been using them for regular maid services. Would SO hire again.

I hired Molly Maid for office cleaning, and the experience was very disappointing. The cleaners arrived late, the appointment was at 11 am, they came in at 2:30 without any notice which disrupted our business operations. Despite the high price, the quality of the cleaning was subpar. Dust was left on desks, floors were not properly vacuumed, Cabinets wiped from outside, and not touch from inside and common areas were barely touched. They missed basic tasks like wiping down the kitchen counters and cleaning the bathroom thoroughly. When the customers service reached out to me and I addressed these issues, Chris the manager were unresponsive, unhelpful and professional. We ended up having to clean parts of the office ourselves after they left. I expected a much more professional service and won't be using Molly Maid again for our office. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

Very disappointed with the agent who answered the call. She was quite rude and dropped the call on me while I was still talking with her.
I would rate my experience a zero star. All I wanted was information, quotes and not to be ridiculed or insulted.
Worst customer service for the year 2025.

Wanted to make a post about how great the cleaning service team that came to my new apartment was. Hilda and Gilma did such an amazing job cleaning from top to bottom and they far surpassed my expectations. The apartment I am moving into was dusty and had an odd odor once you walked in. Cupboards had dirt, the mirrors and windows were filthy and when i came in to inspect afterwards it was like I was walking into a brand new place.

Communication was great from start to finish with the dispatcher and customer service. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good deep clean.

Molly Maid did a great job cleaning and took care of everything I needed so I could focus on the guests coming over for a party the next day. Rate was reasonable for two hours of work and would definitely use them again.

Hilder and Gilma of Team 2 were thorough, detailed, careful, and kind. I have been recuperating at home after a major surgery and they impressed me not only with the house cleaning, but also how they attended to my “nest” I made on the couch. It is much appreciated! Highly recommend Molly Maids, have used them for a couple years, and today Hilder and Gilma went above and beyond.

I have never had a maid service. I am not able to clean my house like I used to . These ladies were absolutely wonderful! My husband and I were so impressed! So many little things that they did that I wasn’t expecting!! I would highly highly recommend them

I just had the house cleaned by Molly Maids and the two sweet ladies did an exceptional job. Everything was super clean and smelled so fresh. They were fast and efficient, working nonstop and they completed everything needed. I definitely recommend Molly Maid and especially Team #2 and will be calling them again!

Rosa and Karen are the absolute best!! I can't express enough how thankful I am for their hard work and attention to detail! Work, life, and kids had gotten in the way of keeping a completely tidy house and my mental health was dwindling due to the state of my house with the holidays coming up. Rosa and Karen (total superheroes) came in and saved me from a complete break down. I haven't had a weekend that relaxing in years! Thank you so much!

Molly maid is so reliable and the quality of their work makes it a pleasure to come home on cleaning day. I’ve used them for about two years. I’ve used other cleaning services and after time they seem to get complacent in the quality of work. Molly Maid meets a high standard each time, month after month.

What an amazing experience. I sent in an online inquiry and Molly Maids called me back the same day (a Sunday!) and scheduled me for the very next day. Selly and Susana were AMAZING! I really needed this help and they could not have been more gracious. They did a walk through with me and then got started. I am so grateful for their fantastic, hard work. It's impeccable, every surface absolutely gleams. I would recommend them specifically, and MM as a company, to anyone.

They wrecked into my friends car not paying attention before pulling out. My 4 month old was in the car when this happened. The workers from Subway and the vape store came out and made sure my friends and my baby was okay but yet the “Molly Maid” workers did not even bother to check on us nor my child.

I’m not one to leave a negative review, but I am frustrated with Molly Maids and want to let others know they should seek elsewhere. I was quoted a range of prices that was higher when the maids arrived (I see others also had the same problem in the reviews). I also thought the move out clean included the fridge and oven, but apparently this was only “on request.” Overall the two maids worked hard, but I am still having to clean even after paying the high price for this cleaning. You can find more affordable cleaning services in the area that include deep cleaning the appliances and probably a larger cleaning crew.
