I can't express how happy I was with the outcome of our house. Susana and Lourdes did an AMAZING job !!! We've tried numerous people to come clean our house and never was completely happy, from other companies or private. They were so kind and friendly. I will definitely be using Molly Maids again. They took so much weight off my shoulders in cleaning so well. Such a relief. Thank you so much !!

I would definitely hire them again. They were patient and understanding of my situation. The home had mold and they still cleaned without incident would recommend to anyone looking for professional cleaning service.

Molly Maid Team 5 has been a breath of fresh air. I’ve tried several other cleaning services in the past — many of them did a great job the first time, but the quality always declined with each visit. That has never been the case with Team 5. Amazing! Could not recommend more. The ladies absolutely did a wonderful job, they were very respectful, they cleaned things I totally didn’t expect. They are so worth it.

Maria and Darling did an awesome job! I have a large 3-story house, 2500+ sq ft They cleaned just about every inch of it! I needed a deep clean and since they did such a great job, I am certainly having them clean every month. A huge burden off my shoulders. Their supervisor, Seily came by toward the end to make sure they got everything. She was very thorough and I could not be happier!

Value of service did not match the price. I paid for a move out clean and floors were still dirty when they left. Hairs that don't belong to anyone that live here are left in bathtubs. As the stench of fabuloso fades an odor of dirty wet rags intensifies. Windows that were cleaned the day before now have streaks from a dirty rag on them. Next time I'll just half ass it myself and save the time and money.

They quoted me $288 over the phone, but charged $420 at the door. They charge hourly, but worked SO SLOWLY. They cleaned one small bathroom and one empty room, but left the kitchen, living room, and windows virtually untouched. This felt like a scam, through and through. They are highly rated, but this was the worst cleaning service I've ever received by far. This wasn't half the job they promised; I spoke with Chris over the phone, and he constantly tried to argue that the workers cleaned better than I was claiming (despite me having photos which he called "concerning"). He also attempted to gaslight me regarding the deal I made over the phone.

I have over a dozen photos that look like the ones below. Do not trust this service.
