I just bought a home, and wanted it professionally cleaned before I moved in. Donna and William did a great job cleaning and making it look new, as well as removing items I didn't want. Donna thoroughly explained the process and was very responsive throughout. I would definitely use them again!

We booked a move out cleaning and they never showed up! Someone with the company called twice but did not leave a message. My elderly father did not recognize the number as it was not the one associated with the business. So they never showed up! He had been waiting at the home since 6 am.

We set up the appointment and received the confirmation email. When I called to notify of the missed appointment the woman stated she would see if someone could come later and would call me back. She never did! I called repeatedly to reschedule and have received no response. It has been FIVE days. I really can't understand how you can be in business and treat customers like that.

I was really looking forward when husband offered to hire professional cleaners to do a deep clean of the house after having people working on our pipes, and cutting sheet rock in most rooms in order to get access to everything. We didn’t even try to negotiate the rather high price. On the initial appointment there wasn’t enough stuff, so we had to reschedule for the next morning. To our surprise no one even showed up and I ended up doing it myself after all. When they were running late we tried to get in touch, but no answer, no call back. They didn’t even notify us that weren’t going to come. Unfortunately, giving 0 stars isn’t an option, but that’s what I would give.

Edit after company’s response: Ms Donna Rand, Operations Manager, walked through our house to assess what’s to be done, left a business card. She doesn’t work for you?
Of course it wasn’t a construction site, repipe work mainly leaves dust, not pieces of wall everywhere.
FYI, you don’t have me in your system because my husband, Giovanni Malinverni, tried to hire you.

I’ve know Donna for years. She is a dear family friend. Anything Donna does she does out with class, professionalism, and love. She warm and welcoming. Donna loves to help people. I highly recommend these services. You will never forget her or regret your discussion. Just do it!

They were an hour late to my home. The lady that was cleaning was very respectful but her manager was very rude via telephone. I believe her name is Donna. She also kept charging me extra for every little detail I kept wanting to get done. Like the trash , she charged an extra 80$ . Prices were ridiculous. They cleaned very well though. Might use the service again if Donna was more professional.

The customer service and friendliness were great! For the cost, I was a little disappointed - details were missed that I even notice when cleaning my home. For example, they didn’t vacuum every room and some they vacuumed before cleaning the fans leaving clumps of dust/dirt behind. The corners in the bathroom vanity were not cleaned nor were specific things I requested like the back door window. The blinds weren’t dusted, kitchen cabinets not cleaned, floors in multiple bathrooms not cleaned - I was expecting everything in the service description list to be covered at a minimum. I had to go back and cover missed areas like around the kitchen trash can as well as vacuum a few rooms. The house smelled so fresh and clean after the team was there for almost 3.5 hours. Again, the staff (Booking and cleaning teams) were so friendly and courteous that I would consider this cleaning service again but I would go into it with different expectations next time.

Spoke to Donna to schedule a move-out cleaning. Requested 10 am. Then received numerous texts and emails confirming my upcoming service for "10 am - 12 pm." Did not think twice about that, although I was hoping the crew would arrive closer to 10 am than 12 pm. Crew did not arrive at my location until 1 pm with no notification they would be late. The two folks that came to clean were very nice and attentive. However, one of the crew members immediately got on speakerphone with Donna while I was present. Donna was barking orders about getting pictures of the jobsite and talking about the trash I had asked the crew to remove from the premises. The girl actually hung up on Donna and said out loud "all she ever cares about is the money." Then Donna called her back, barked further orders about getting pictures and the trash. The crew and I spoke direct. I gave them access to a large rolling trash can. They stated they would only have two excess bags of trash to remove in their vehicle and said that was not an issue. I left the jobsite at that time. Donna proceeded to call me and wanted to further discuss "all the trash I asked the crew to remove." I explained that I had given them access to a trash can and that between the three of us who were on-site, it was determined there were two bags of trash they'd need to remove in their car. I questioned why this was an extra charge when I requested a "move-out" cleaning and reminded her that her crew was at least an hour late with no notification of them running late. She then started mumbling about having to clean out the refrigerator - and I personally knew there was NOTHING in the refrigerator to clean out! I told her I would not pay extra for removal of two bags of trash and that I did not appreciate her crew arriving late. You can send me 5 texts to confirm my service and 5 emails on top of that - but you can't have the courtesy to call me when your crew is going to show up an hour later than anticipated? The cleaning was done satisfactorily - but I would highly recommend finding a company that shows up on time and that is much more courteous to their customers. This one is not timely nor is Donna very easy to work with!

I had doubts about letting a service come into my house to clean, but Donna and her staff put my mind to ease. All of my concerns were addressed, and all of my cleaning needs were met!

Wow! This company is amazing and my home has never been cleaner. I thought my oven and shower glass were beyond repair, but the are like new. The crew works fast, which keeps the service budget friendly, but still very detail oriented. You will not be disappointed!

I had a home deep clean and the team did a beautiful job. They were all very conscientious and made sure I was happy with service. There was a walk-through with me before and after to make sure everything was perfect. Every technician was friendly and efficient. They use great smelling products so the whole house is fresh. Highly recommend.

We were blown away at our home after it was cleaned.. We have long hair dogs and a cat and there’s no trace of hair. They used products that was easy on my allergies and still left the house smelling very clean. This is something I can’t do yourself working crazy hours and taking care of my fur family. Definitely will be using their service again. You guys are a breathe of fresh air.

We called on Fri and got it scheduled for Sat, but when You showed up, after turning around the house to assess what was due, You notified there wasn’t enough stuff available on that day.You reschedule for the next morning.

Clean Living Home Pros are amazing! I found them through a Google search after another company I had been using for a couple of months cancelled on me at the last minute. Clean Living Home Pros were very professional when they called me and was able to schedule a cleaning for me within a couple of days! The cleaners were awesome and communicated well! I received a call about an hour before they were due at my place to let me know that they were running behind schedule and would get to my house ASAP. They then called me again when they were about 10 mins away. They left my house spotless and made sure to have me do a walk through with them to ensure they addressed all of my needs. *Team 4* was absolutely wonderful and I guarantee I will be a loyal and consistent customer from now on!

Hey everyone! I’m a working young professional who lives at the Hanover on Montrose. I don’t have much time to clean🤔, let me not lie…I don’t want to use my free time to clean so I called this company.
When I called I was greeted by a very happy and friendly woman who answered all my questions. I explained that I wouldn’t be at home and the cleaners will have to follow strict rules to enter my high rise building and receive a key. The lady I spoke with insured me everything would go well and they could handle it. To my surprise they handled it to perfection and my place looks amazing!!!
I thought I was walking into an magazine shoot for Architectural Digest. 😁 Hell it was so nice I didn’t want to touch or move anything especially in regards to my bedroom floor with the triangles! (Loved it!)
