I had two rugs, 8×10 and 5x7, that needed to be cleaned. They were able to come out to me the same day. Pricing was fair and the gentleman finished in less than an hour. I'm very happy with the results, I can see the difference in my rugs

I called them to clean my white sofa that’s 3 years old and went through a move. We also have a dog.. the cleaner initially rushed through the job and I had to ask him twice to clean it again. I just think overall the job was rushed, my existing carpet was dirtied with mud, and there was a water mess left in the house around the couch. All in all it could have been cleaned better had the person taken their time and not rushed through it. Also the smell is not that great I was expecting a very clean smell.

I should’ve checked BBB before I had Tex A Clean Carpet Care. I totally agree with BBB. There won’t be a next time clean 3 bedroom in less than one hour. 😳

I have had the most unpleasant service experience of my life. When they came to clean my furniture, they did not leave it clean and for more than a month they have had a rug in their company and every time I call they give me stories and excuses. They have left me waiting for hours and days and they have never returned it . I give less than one star to this company, they made fun of me and I paid them in advance.

Jr and jerry came out and cleaned my carpet and couches, they did an amazing job. Will definitely use them again. Thank you guys 😊

OMG! I had the most amazing experience! Lonnie and Able came right in and immediately started working. You can tell they are a TEAM! I had 2 rooms, small hallway and stairs. I also had my upholstery done (sofa, loves eating, chair and ottoman. I got a great package deal. Definitely will have them back and I am going to recommend them to my friends and family. Try them, you won't be disappointed! Update: After the furniture dried I noticed a stains on the chair and my hardwood floor had large water stains. I had to have a company to come in and clean the floors and reapply wax. I then came back to update this review.

These guys get 5 stars for their customer service for sure. Jerry and jr came and cleaned my carpet. After all of our muddy adventures my carpets were caked with mud and just all around nastiness! Along with cleaning the carpet for me they offered me advice on how to keep it clean in the future. Will definitely schedule my next service from them.

I was almost hesitant to call because of some of the reviews. I decided to call anyway and found out that they are under New ownership they we're very pleasant and helpful. The technician did a wonderful job on my carpet, they were very efficient and thorough. When they were done my carpet smelled great and was clean. I would recommend them.

After having multiple dogs and puppies in my house, my carpets were honestly in rough shape, and I didn’t know if they’d ever look the same again. These guys (Jerry & Jr) came out and absolutely blew me away.

They were professional, on time, and worked hard, but most importantly, my carpets look and smell amazing again. You’d never know how bad it was before they showed up.

I highly recommend Houstonian Services! I have used them two times this past year to clean my gutters. David is very responsive and customer oriented . He arrived on time with his 3 man crew and did a complete gutter cleaning job. Also blowing off all excess pine needles and leaves from around the house in addition to cleaning off my roof!

Efficient and professional service for our indoor and outdoor windows. Showed up on time and we’re able to reach the very high windows in our three story house. Finish is great and good value. We will definitely use them again.

I was looking for a new gutter cleaning service after the guy we used previously closed his business. I called Houstonian Services for a quote and they came out the same day to give me an estimate and got me on the schedule within a week. We had our gutters cleaned this morning and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. On time, friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and took care to avoid damaging any of our landscaping. We will definitely use Houstonian Services again in the future for gutter cleaning or other services they provide when the need arises.

Great experience overall! They were responsive when I reached out for a quote, and we quickly got an appointment on the books. They were able to come over a week early after a cancellation nearby and handled everything so well. Got it done efficiently without cutting corners. Definitely recommend!

The crew arrived promptly at my house for inside/outside window cleaning on my 4 story home. The service was performed professionally and am very glad with the results. Given the height of my home, it was hard for me to clean the outside windows on the upper floors so I decided to contact Houstonian Services and am glad I did.

Houstonian Services Inc. just washed the windows and screens of my 3-story townhouse, and they did a great job. They were quick, professional, nice, and the price was right! I would definitely recommend them. They also do several other services such as power washing, listed on their website.

The guys who washed our windows did a fantastic job!! They are very thorough - the windows were squeaky clean and shiny when they finished! We highly recommend them!

I live in the Heights and used Houstonian Services for window washing (two story row house) and power washing. The team was punctual, professional, and extraordinarily courteous. Oh- and they did a great job- my windows are sparkling!! I also appreciate that they squeezed me in week before Thanksgiving without a hassle. Will definitely call them again!!
