We hired Houstonian Services for exterior cleaning in general, windows and terrace!

I was impressed how good and professional they work. I had excellent communication, I asked all my questions, I was very happy because during and after the work done the results were the best, exceeding my expectations.

I will definitely only hire this company from now on. I recommend them to all those who want to have an excellent result and service in their cleaning work.

Very pleased with this company! Business owner, David, came to my house very quickly after I called to do an estimate, and was very professional and thorough, even explaining that a couple of my double-pane windows had leaked. and the fog I was seeing was not from outside film or dirt. He also explained that I could have just the glass replaced without replacing the entire window! I contracted to have all of the outside windows cleaned, and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend Houstonian Services!

Update (10/12/23):
Used these guys again, but this time not only for window washing but for gutter cleaning and soft house wash as well. Again, truly tremendous result. They were on time, efficient, and perfectionists. They went above and beyond, also spot cleaning places on my deck, spending extra time on the house to remove mud dauber nests, and even cleaned up the leaves that fell from the roof into my pool. It's like owning a brand new house.

These guys were tremendous. Quick, efficient, friendly, professional, and incredibly cost-effective. I’m not sure my windows have ever been cleaner, and certainly not for this reasonable of a price. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Team came and cleaned some pretty clogged gutters on a 3 story house + pressure washed a very dirty driveway. Reasonable price and quality work, in under two hours. Would recommend!

I used Houstonian Services for gutter and exterior window cleaning. The crew did a fantastic job, I can't believe how clean the windows and screens are after six years of no cleaning! I'm so happy with how they look!! The crew also made my neighbors very happy for cleaning all the mess my gutters made in their patios while cleaning. I will definitely use this company again and my neighbor was so impressed with their work, they asked me for their info. Reasonably priced, too.

I have used them twice now and couldn’t be happier! They use ladders to access and clean all the windows. It’s best to allow them to clean both the inside and outside of the windows. They remove their shoes, are timely and are uber respectful.

Hired to clean my gutters. The process from contacting, getting and estimate and completing the job was very easy. David was very responsive and quick to communicate. They were professional, came on time, and cleaned up prior to leaving. Very happy and will be using in the future to take advantage of the other services they provide.

Houstonian Services Incorporated did an excellent job cleaning our gutters, pressure washing our gutters and downspouts, and cleaning our windows and screens. The customer service representative met us to prepare an estimate and was extremely professional and timely. The crew did an outstanding job and they were very conscientious in their work, communicated throughout the process and made sure that the area was cleaned after the work was completed. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Houstonian Services handled our job professionally and timely from start to finish. They cleaned all of our exterior windows, including those that are hard to reach, and power washed our driveway and outdoor areas. There were no surprises. The job was completed exactly as we were told it would be, and it was done efficiently and well. Everyone was courteous while working and they cleaned up perfectly when finished. Will use Houstonian again.

David and his team did such an amazing job with soft washing my home! Not only did they make sure to get off all the dirt/dust (which was very obvious on white stucco), but they also spent time cleaning all the windows too on all 3 floors. I highly recommend the team!!

Julio and David did an excellent job on the interior and exterior windows on my balcony which is a very complex job due to the windows previously having adhesive stuck to them after a recent tint removal. In addition, there were stubborn water stains that remained after previous attempted window cleanings.

Extremely pleased! Today, Houstonian Services came to my home to perform a full service, including pressure washing the driveway, soft washing the walls, cleaning the windows, and cleaning the gutters. Let me tell you, I NOW HAVE A BRAND NEW HOME. If you have pine trees near your home, you are aware of the inconvenience and clutter. I didn't take a before photo, but I'm hoping the pictures and video will do justice to the attention to detail and the excellent caliber of their work. They've been my go-to for a while, and they never let me down. I appreciate your effort.
