I absolutely love them !! They are so nice and friendly and my house smells amazing. Everything time I have a concern or need to switch days the owner Sal takes care of everything very nicely. The only bad thing I can say is that I can’t have them every day . They are just simply the best.

I recently used Professional Maid Service for a few cleanings. The cleaning job was good - not bad, not great. The ladies were friendly. However, after the first cleaning, I noticed my master bathroom shower doors were covered with surface scratches. I immediately called Max, the owner. He insisted they didn't cause this (I am 100% sure they did), but agreed to come take a look per my request. He never came, and never called back. On the next cleaning, I spoke to the head cleaning lady before they began work and showed her the damage. She admitted to using Ajax (an abrasive cleaner) and said she would not use it anymore. On this cleaning and the next, she had new people with her (who she was "training" each time). Unfortunately, she didn't communicate the problem to her helpers because on the following/3rd cleaning, the problem was made substantially worse. I have tried many times to contact his company with no return phone calls and the owner has still never come out to look as he said he would. I am also 99% certain they broke a glass hurricane vase which was placed to look undamaged, but came apart in my hands right after they left while I was re-arranging some things ( the diameter of the glass base is about 2", so it's not just going to separate). I would not recommend this company as they do not stand behind their work or their mistakes. I understand mistakes happen, but I expect a "Professional" company to take care of damage done by their employees.

I will highly recommend their service. The owner Sal quickly set up my appointment and the cleaners came in time . The cleaners Groya and Angie were so good at doing their job. They were professional and very well behaved. Their price is good and they provide a service that one can rely on. Incredible job!!!

Definitely the most efficient and effective cleaning service I have used yet, especially for the price! The team is also flexible when I need to make changes or are having visitors. Long term staff that are clearly a reflection of a good owner/manager. Trustworthy and hard workers.

I have never had to worry about my house when I am away while they clean my house. I have used ProMaidSvc for awhile now and have never had an issue. My house is always spotless when I get back and the always smells great. The ladies are very friendly and know exactly what i like. If you have any questions with anything Sal is always prompt in returning your calls. Do yourself a favor and contact them ASAP. Let them do the work for you.

Very responsive. Liked working with Paul and his staff. Had an upcoming event that we needed windows cleaned in advance of that event, and National Window were awesome on making it happen - even with a short turn around. Very reasonable pricing as well! Would recommend to others.

I want to commend Princeton for coming out to clean my sofas. He was both very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions I had. I’m OCD about some things and he got all of my stains out and re-fluffed my armrests. Did a FANTASTIC JOB and I was well pleased 🤩. I will highly recommend to my friends.
