Their knowledge of fine hand made rugs is obvious and customer service goes above and beyond every time I visit. I have purchased several rugs from Mohsen over the years, and not only do they assist you in purchasing, but make sure you know how to care for it and properly maintain it. You may consider buying a less expensive rug online or at a large commercial retailer but be forewarned that you get what you pay for, and in my experience, those less quality rugs pale in comparison to the carpets offered at Mohsen. In short, I’m a customer for life :)

Mohsen is my go-to place for cleaning and repair. He always does the job promptly and beautifully and is such a pleasure to deal with. His prices are reasonable and customer service is perfect. In addition, his selection of rugs is first rate. I highly recommend!

I needed three fairly filthy rugs cleaned since i was moving. I saw Mr. Mohsen advertised rug cleaning so i stopped by. He offered what i considered an amazingly low price to clean them. He contacted me rgarding the handmade rug because my daughter's cats had stained it. Mr. Mohsen contacted me in about 10 days that they were ready. Mr. Mohsen performed a miracle! They looked like new! Even the handmade rug with cat stains looked like new. I was amazed by his job. I will continue to have my rugs cleaned by him. He is very professional and personable. I am very happy I stopped by his shop. He also has a large selection of rugs for purchase.

Mr. Mohsen and his staff have done wonderful repair work and cleaning on my antique rugs over the years. He is knowledgeable and his work is so thorough that often I cannot find the repair patch. I highly recommend him.

Mohsen was very impressive. He gave me good information about my Egyptian silk rug and made me feel confident about his ability to clean the pet stains on it. (I was nervous about getting it cleaned !). He was friendly and authentic. He returned my call very quickly and checked in with me to confirm that it would be ready. And, I was on a tight schedule and he got it done when it was promised. The rug turned out beautiful…I am so happy. I recommend him highly!!!

I have 10 rugs that Mohsen cleaned and repaired. Six of them are kilims. He repaired the bindings and fringe. I have randomly collected these from estate sales etc and the rugs were pretty dirty. I use these on the floor. They are beautiful now. I wish I had taken better ‘before’ pictures. I was so happy to find someone that could clean these. I’ll be more confident about buying rugs in ‘rougher’ condition now that I know where to get them restored. And Mohsen and his guys are very nice. They do beautiful work.

Mohsen did a fabulous job cleaning fragile antique heirloom rugs. They also repaired the torn border of my favorite old rug in a way that did not look brand new. Bought some quality pads as well. All for a fair price. Gorgeous collection of rugs for those interested in shopping. Look forward to returning soon!

I found Mohsen in a Google search while looking for someone to clean my three rugs. I called and was told to just bring them in. When I arrived, Mohsen personally attended to me. He measured my rugs, gave me a price, and told me that he would call me as soon as they were ready. I expressed that I was not in a hurry. Four days later, I received the cake that my rugs were ready. When I picked them up, I asked to unroll them. I was super impressed with how clean my rugs were. No more pet hair, the dirt was removed and my carpets looked new again. Allow me to add that they pee smell was completely gone. Mohsen was super, duper nice, professional, and very aware of how much I love my rugs and he made sure to really take care of them. Thank you Mohsen. I will be back in early 2025 to purchase my next rug from him.

Mohsen did a really wonderful, thorough job of cleaning and fixing several spots on a rug that's probably 20 years old. It truly looks like new. I thought the price seemed a little high at first, but the quality is worth it. They were also super fast to pick up and drop off the rug. I would absolutely go back in the future.

Really great artisans, keen eye for details, and amazing customer rapport. They were able to fix the frayed edges of my rug to better than new [before photo] (forgive my lack of "after" photo. Highly recommend them 🌹.

Updating what was once a 5-star review. What started off as a great interaction and relationship seemed to quickly go downhill once we became "established" as a regular customer. Overall cleanliness and attention to detail started to go downhill and communication and punctuality fell by the wayside as I'm sure our regular business was taken for granted and customer service was probably emphasized for newer or higher paying customers. Texting clients 2 minutes before arrival without any sort of confirmation prior to this also became unprofessional and incredibly frustrating with our busy schedule. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our services because we did not feel valued anymore as a customer. For $200 a cleaning, we can get better value elsewhere.
