Cindy an Suany came today for the their third cleaning of my house and as usual did a terrific job! So nice to have a fresh clean home. I look forward to having them come again. Puff is easy to do business with and their employees are great. I appreciate Puff Cleaning and am happy to recommend their services.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience due to unclear and inconsistent pricing.

I scheduled a cleaning/organizing service and was explicitly told in writing that the total price for the service. That amount was paid in full, and the service provided was simply organizing, not a full home cleaning, yet I paid the full price undisputedly and left a generous tip because I really liked the organizer they sent.

After the service was completed and paid for, I was contacted repeated via text, never a phone call! I called and they texted me back requesting to communicate only via text. This higher amount requested was NEVER discussed or agreed to in advance.

When I raised concerns via text and referenced the written message confirming the $120 total price, the company ignored it.

Transparent, upfront pricing and honoring agreed-upon rates are principles that I value in the companies that I patronize. Unfortunately, that did not happen here, so I will not be using this company again.

Today I had a basic service for my apartment and it was excellent. They were very punctual, and the person who came was friendly and attentive while carrying out the work. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you very much for your service!
