We took our rug to have it cleaned at this place after it got wet due to hurricane Harvey. When we arrived they took the rug out of our car for us. After we went in and talked about the cleaning of the rug the price was going to be $350 to be washed. Then he said it was going to be $1950 to remove the stains. That is not what he said on the phone when i called before. When i questioned him about it he tore up the purchase agreement and threw it across the desk and was yelling and the pen flew into my lap. I told them "who do you think you are". I was furious. I told them to put my rug back in my car and I will never return to this place. I would not recommend using this company for anything.

We have been coming here for years. Best place we have found to get our large rugs cleaned. They also do repairs which is great when you have a puppy that likes to chew on rugs☹️

They also have a good selection of rugs in all sizes/styles for purchase.

Came in today to see some rugs. Had no help at all. The guy was rude and just pointed at the pile of rugs. Rugs are way too overpriced. But it was his attitude that really sent us away. DO NOT COME. Go to the House of Rugs!!!they are amazing, have beautiful rugs and good prices. The sales associates are super nice and helpful! Literally just left the store and bought 2 rugs!!!

This company is amazing...They cleaned and repaired one of my rugs and it looked fantastic.. They also did a flooring installation job for one of my friends at they were very satisfied.Daniel who is with the company was very punctual, responsible, and polite.. Would recommend this company above any other company for cleaning rugs or any other services they good.

Had my rugs cleaned for Christmas just delivered today; very happy with the results. I have a fragile antique rug I was promised would be handled with care. Colors look vibrant and rug smells like new (having a dog who likes using my rug on occasion has been an issue). Daniel was pleasant and communication was great; was promised rug before the holidays and I was very pleased to have the rug returned before my Christmas party. Highly recommend this business. Worst Contractor I met in a long time! Hired him to get Tiles installed and promised professional installation. He hired a sub-contractor “Installer” “Nations Home Repair” The Installer constantly cussed out loud about the difficulty of a job. Complained he –underbid himself then tried to up-charge. Impatient to listen to customer concerns pointing out mistakes with answers “There are no mistakes, if you don’t stop complaining I leave”
Installer did NOT and will NOT finish the job, took days off in between complaining.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Photos of how his installer left the job site installing tiles. Unprofessional and lazy. Telling me I need to finish up cleaning it.
No apologies, just demanding payments for an unfinished unprofessional job.
