We recently made the switch to Prestige for our office cleaning service and so far we are very happy with the switch. Their prices are good and onboarding was smooth. Management oversight is very good, and we are very happy with the cleaning crew they have currently placed with us. We hope to continue getting excellent service and staying with them long term!

Landon helped us get a quote for the work needed. We have a large production facility for sheds and dust and wood dust travels. Janitorial was able to adapt to our schedule and get everything dusted to be osha compliant in two days. Came out to clean the seat of my car & my sofa needless to stay once the job was complete. The sofa which was white had turned completely brown and the seats in my car look like he never touched then when I called and asked him, could he come back out because the job was not done, and it looked like he had done nothing he came back out a second time and told me the reason why I didn’t come clean. It was because he did it at night and he couldn’t see after a second cleaning. My car look like it had never been touched, and I gave up and end up taking it somewhere else where it came clean, and as for my sofa it’s ruined because it should’ve been cleaned without water and he put water on it so now it’s ruined and now he won’t answer the phone or take responsibility for his mistakes.

I would definitely recommend this carpet cleaner. The whole team were so professional. They have all the proper equipment and take care to do a good job. In about an hour's time they had made two rooms in my house look brand new. Definitely would use again, they are worth every penny!

I was totally impressed by the dryer vent cleaning service done by C&E Carpets and Vent this afternoon (in fact, the service guy just left 5 minutes ago). I have a severely clogged dryer vent/duct, as a result my dryer could not dry the clothes properly. I called C&E and Cheryl was courteous and prompt in setting up my appointment (the same afternoon). The service person, Eli, arrived on time and went right to work. Eli “thoroughly” cleaned out entire dryer duct from the inside to the outside of the house (which was about 25 ft long). I was shocked by how much junk Eli was able to clean out (it filled half of a large trash bag). I was utterly impressed by the quality of the work, the professionalism, and the friendliness of the service I received today. I will call them again for my air duct cleaning in the near future. In fact, I will not trust any other companies other than C&E to clean my air and dryer ducts. They deserve my recommendation without any reservation.

I had a great experience! They were able to schedule me in a bit short notice, and Eli got my entire 1 bed room apartment clean even with abundant cat stains. Eli was a nice and funny guy, I enjoyed chatting with him. Would recommend!
