Finally made the decision to stop using this company today. The quality of service has gone down and the customer service is terrible. Over time the maids have broken my blinds, my shower door handle, and my curtains. They have even damaged some of my personal property while cleaning. Each time they don't say anything and wait for me to discover it first. Furthermore there are times when the cleaning is not done properly, like the time when they left my toilet DIRTIER than they found it. The final straw came when their customer service TEXTED me to confirm an appointment (that was already scheduled) two hours before the cleaning appointment and then canceled the appointment 20 minutes later when I didn't respond. I received no phone call. I will never use this company again and I recommend no one else does either.

Just had two ladies from Lolli Maids to come out and clean my apartment. They did such a good job. They showed up right on time and did a very thorough clean. My bathroom has never looked better! The stove and microwave look spectacular! Both ladies were very nice and polite. I will definitely be using Lolli Maids again in the future!

A side note: I didn’t add a living room photo because I have a lot of unpacked boxes, but they did an amazing job in there as well.

Lolli Maids is fantastic! They are incredibly professional and always come with all their own supplies, which is a huge convenience. The management is also top-notch: the manager always texts when the team is en route, and any quick texts about issues are handled immediately. They're my go-to cleaning service. Great company—highly recommend!

This is fairly new company and this was my first time getting cleaners. I’m a tidy person who will scrub my floors but I was exhausted from a trip and needing some deep cleaning help for all the corners of the house. As I have a bunny that sheds and a large dog that she sheds even more my biggest priority was all the hair accumulated in the corners of the house. They sent the sweetest crew that did a great job.

They missed a few corners so I request for them to come back. Instead they sent a more thorough cleaner who did above and beyond what I was needed. They are a great company and will highly recommend to anyone in my area.
