Excellent and so happy with how my house looks!!!! Kilian, Lohendy and another young lady whose name escapes me were so pleasant 😃 Never used a cleaning service before but let me tell you...Best decision I've made in a long time!! Well worth it!!

I recommend Lolli Maids to anyone who is looking for cleaning services at a reasonable price. Chris, the owner, is easy to talk to, extremely bright and professional. His goal is for his customers is to be completely satisfied.

Amazing! They were able to accommodate my last minute request and morning schedule, the customer service was super responsive and the maids did an amazing job. I’ll only use them moving forward!

we paid for the deep clean and we were very dissatisfied for their service we fiund small bits of debris on the floor that never got vacuumed there were surfaces that weren't dusted,they're just many examples of things that could have been better considering the extra payment. We paid for 2 1/2 hours and we only got 1.5 I can understand that if they had done such a great job but they didn't

I have been trying various services trying to find a company that would clean my house in a manner that meets my expectations and I was extremely impressed with Lolli Maids. Cecilia and Mary did a fabulous job cleaning and I cant wait to get them back. It was worth every penny!

I have been using Lollimaids for more than a year. I've asked them to cleanup my place once or twice a week. I find all the maids from Lollimaids very fast to cleanup my place. They all did beyond what the services others have offered. All the maids I have worked with are friendly and know exactly where to put the stuff in addition to knowing how to clean up the place efficiently. Work well done, ladies!

We have used their services several times. They are easy to book and keep to times promised. Thorough cleaning. They do great work and have earned my trust.

I resisted hiring a cleaning service for so long because, to be honest, I felt bad about it. But hoo boy, I will NEVER go back.

There is literally no greater pleasure in my life than coming home to a sparkling clean house on payday Friday (that’s today, and why I decided to write this epic review...the last year has been so terrible, and honestly Sparkle Friday is one of the things I have been able to consistently look forward to). Every single person who works for Lollimaids always does an INCREDIBLE job.

I first hired Lollimaids when we were moving out of our old place last August. I chose the move out clean with all the extras. I had never hired a cleaning service before, but we have 2 dogs and 2 cats and to be honest, well...let's just say I was concerned we'd be on the hook for more than just our deposit

Ok well, Sandra and her team did such a good job, we got our full deposit back AND the place rented in like...a week, so the landlord pro-rated us for the the rest of the 60 day notice period. So by my calculation that's worth about 30 cleaning appointments for my current 1500 sqft 3/1.

But caveat emptor, because like I said...I'm absolutely HOOKED.

And if the company owner happens to read this...give these ladies a raise!!

Lollimaids went the extra mile to make certain we got great service. We just had a deep clean and will now be having them visit every two weeks. They delivered on every detail of what they promised, from ceiling fans to appliances and floors. Very professional.

Where to begin...they locked one of our cats in the upstairs bedroom closet for hours, where he peed on everything. They did send a carpet cleaner to steam clean it after, but still, that should have never happened. And they broke the seal on our kitchen faucet, and then dragged their feet about replacing it until we finally gave up and decided to do it ourselves. They didn't do that thorough of a job cleaning our place either, and we ordered the deep cleaning. The only decent thing is that at the end of the day they didn't charge us. But the kitchen faucet is still broken.

This is my 2nd time hiring this company and I thought the 1st time they did an ok job. The 2nd one was NOT good at all. My realtor was appalled when he went to check the property. The windows, baseboards, primary restroom floor and shower, the cabinets everything was still dirty and upon entering the house did not smell like clean. They also broke the primary restroom soap holder. He advised to hire another company with professionalism and good quality. I'm really upset that we paid almost $300 dlls to end up having somebody else clean it because of the very poor job this company did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We wanted a cleaning service and checked the reviews of numerous companies. Chose to go with Lolli Maids. Very happy that we did. The two ladies they sent are here now and finishing up. So impressed that we had to leave a review now. Everything is sparkling. Bathrooms, kitchen and floors look great. They even cleaned inside cabinets. We highly recommended Lolli Maids and would call them again!

I Always say that it is not how businesses act when all things are going well, it’s what they do when there’s been a screwup that really makes the difference between a good company versus a great company. Lollimaids made a mistake in scheduling my service and didn’t handle it well at first but as soon as the owner and people in the office became aware of the full set of information, they bent over backwards to make it right and scrambled to get a cleaning crew to my house asap which was critical given that I only had one day to get the cleaning done. The crew that came did a fantastic job - truly one of the best cleaning services I’ve experienced. I wholeheartedly recommend them both for their cleaning level as well as their business practices.

Amazing service! Ordered a deep clean with an interior oven cleaning. The two maids that came to do the cleaning did an incredible job! They thoroughly cleaned everything and made my problem areas (shower and oven) look brand new! I didn't even know it could look that nice. I absolutely recommend Lollimaids, and my only regret was not requesting their services sooner.

The quality of the cleanings is really hit or miss depending on what team you get. We've had too many issues for us to continue using Lollimaids and have recently decided to cancel our services. The issues range from the teams running late, needing re-cleanings because the cleaners didn't clean or missed entire areas (ex. didn't mop the floors), being defensive when doing the re-cleanings.

Ultimately, I would not recommend Lollimaids since the service is so inconsistent.

I cannot recommend against Lollimaids strongly enough. Whatever good reviews have been posted are likely, as below, from a time when the service was better than its current state. Echoing a previous review, this service was at one point reasonably good, with punctual and satisfactory cleanings and adequate communication from staff. Unfortunately in the preceding ~8mo, there have been repeated mishaps, from outright not cleaning certain areas/things (dishes/sink) to reddish stains on a couch presumably from a cleaning solution to now actual physical damage to parts of the bathroom. Furthermore, the garage door has frequently been left wide open in spite of both written and verbal instructions for each cleaning to call or text before and after arriving so I can close the door remotely when needed.

I’ve been using this company for nearly two years, but I’ve finally decided to stop. The quality of the cleanings has been inconsistent, and when I specifically requested a certain cleaner, I was met with resistance. I’ve reached the point where I’m tired of paying for a service that isn’t meeting my expectations, so I’ve switched to a different company. I tried to give them a heads-up about my frustrations, but today was my last day with them.

I had a fantastic experience with Lollimaids! The team (Hannah and Andrea) did a deep clean of my home, and the results truly lifted a weight off my shoulders. The primary bathroom, in particular, was transformed — I honestly didn’t think it could ever look that clean again. Same with the secondary bathroom and the stovetop, which had been a longtime struggle.

As someone with a lot on their plate, having this taken care of professionally was a huge relief. Everything looked clean, smelled fresh, and I didn’t have to do it myself — that’s a win.

I did have a couple of things go missing (a small sentimental item and a faucet piece), and while there’s no way to know what happened, I appreciate that the company followed up and took my concern seriously. That gave me some peace of mind.

Highly recommend if you need a deep clean that makes your space feel fresh and livable again.

They are very responsive.I was not happy with their first round cleaning,after I sent photos of all the dirt spots to them,they promised either to provide me a recleaning or refund ,I chose the recleaning,and I’m really very happy with the re cleaning now!

Update on review-
Claudia from the office called me to apologize and say will honor the job tomorrow since I booked a month ago. She was so kind and helpful and found two ladies able to do it. I was shocked and grateful. Then a few hours later, she wrote to say the owner told her to give me a 25% discount. Who knew this would happen. It shows there really are good people in the world who try to make things right

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
they booked me many weeks before a job and then canceled the day before and I only found out because I called THEM! I even got an email this morning to add my credit card to the account and they were confirming arrival tomorrow. I called and Carlos in the office acted like too bad and said he sent a text. I never got that. If someone doesn't reply you are supposed to check in again. This is terrible business. I had heard awful things about Lollimaids but I was giving them a chance. Do not use them!!

In the middle of me trying to book an appointment after going back and forth through text messages, as soon as I am about to book they respond “ someone just took this slot” , after we discussed a certain time. This company is a waste of time.
