I called on sunday to get a cleaning on thursday last minute for my gender reveal and andrew was very understanding, he was able to send someone out to help clean my house. Wendy L. was very kind and did a really amazing job, she was very respectful, funny, understanding and great with my dogs. She saw my sink had a leak and calmly informed me right away and helped me remove the items from underneath the sink and take it out to dry, and she went back over the room she just cleaned to clean the mess it made, she was honestly so kind. Will definitely be doing this once a month and hopefully will have Wendy L. again for all my future cleanings. Great experience and affordable, definitely recommend if you are looking for a great cleaning service call them!

Thank you for making my house so clean! Most cleaning companies I’ve hired in the past are very irresponsive and don’t do a great job but this one is different. They are amazing! If you need your house cleaned, this is the company to go with!

That about sums it up. I made an appointment on Wednesday, July 24th online via their website for a cleaning. I booked for Saturday, July 27 at 11:00 am. I got an email confirmation immediately. I checked the status of my cleaning appointment Friday night and it said that the person it was assigned to was PENDING. I thought that was odd being that it was less than 12 hours away. Saturday, I wake up, check the website again and still says PENDING. I start calling at 9:08 AM to see if someone is still coming. I called a total of EIGHT TIMES from 9:08 to 10:29 and no one answered, I left two messages and it's now 12:03 and no one has called me back. What a colossal waste of time on a Saturday, my day off. I should be resting and instead I'm calling around to see if I can find another cleaning service that can clean up the mess HOUSTON PREMIER MAIDS made. Now I have to take a half day off of work and drive almost 100 miles to return the keys to the property owners, when I strategically planned this out. IN ADDITION, I'm now having to pay DOUBLE the price for a same day cleaning from another company. If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Don't waste your time!!

This was my first time using a cleaning service and it was well worth it! Wendy and her team were so efficient and meticulous with cleaning. My showers and sinks have never been so clean, I didn't even know they could shine like that! They really took a weight off my shoulders deep cleaning areas I hate doing myself. I highly recommend Houston Premier Maids!
