to whom This may concern my name is Gloria Espinoza and I am The General Manager at D&G Landscaping i called Yahaira on January 30,2021 in the afternoon to rent a dumpster i did mention that I was calling from D&G Landscaping And design LLC I told her what my project consist of I have the recorded conversation with her and no where does she states that tree debris or any landscaping Debris was permitted I'm very disappointed in there service and very unhappy I booked days in advanced I talk to her on the phone she was very nice attentive but she miss informed me then her manager or supervisor called me and then all it was instead of finding solutions they were saying no well i told you she told me very unprofessional and if you pay with check they need to clear before they can pick up dumpster but they had went a day before and check was not yet cleared point blank they are NO GOOD BAD SERVICE !

First and foremost the front office is a pleasure to work with. Shelly and Yajaira are both extremely friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to figuring out what size of dumpster is needed for the job. Apart from that, EZ Waste has met or exceeded my expectations in several situations. As a repeat customer, I have used EZ waste a dozen time and each time they are punctual and courteous. I 100% recommend EZ Waste as a dumpster provider for your project no matter how big or small.
