Terrible customer service at this location

Employees here are as rude as it gets.

Contributors to Houston area road rage. Horrible drivers that like to tailgate everyone they run up on, then run red lights of course..

I was on my job site, my phone comes up missing. Yellowstone was cutting grass near the job site. Started looking for my phone, calling my phone and still couldn't find it. So I decided to track my phone and found out that Yellowstone landing had taken my phone and wasn't answering it. Called the police and have a case number. Don't TRUST THIS COMPANY..

Yellowstone is placing Southern Live Oaks 15’ apart along the esplanades of FM 1464. These trees should have space for a mature spread of at least 40’. You can’t claim excellence or anything environmentally friendly when planting for such a short term outcome.

Response to your response is typical circle that we citizens get from government jobs. The MUD 25 told me that it was your design and they didn't interfere since you are the "experts".

They cut the grass really nice. However, if they are blowing leaves or trash or anything, they will not stop even if they see you coming and trying to get in your car they will just keep on keeping on.

The worst service, rude employees, truck 579, i was waiting, at town and country, and instead of asking permission or wait, the blow all the duat over my car, i will not recommend it for your business, when i tryed to explain to the employee he start yelling bad words

Their trucks are extremely unsafe. They're a hazard to your property and the drivers are very rude.

Great place! The people there are great and customer service is amazing. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

My best advice: Be sure you get it in writing first, before anything is done, to avoid living through my current, very difficult, situation.

I called and spoke with Kevin this morning. He and his team came out within a couple of hours and had our tree debris loaded within minutes,
Fair price and he was very kind. We will definitely be using them again in the future. This is a sister company to Trash Hauling Fast.

I can't vouch for the services of Envirolink yet but I can tell you the owner must be honest and a good citizen. Kevin Poe found my wallet on the road (long story) and made the effort to drive to my home and return it with all contents fully intact. I didn't know it was missing until he showed up. All he said was that if I ever need the services of his company, please give him a call. I will.
