Love love love this service! Quick and easy to book, always on time and reliable! Their cleaning is thorough and any revisions there so happy to do, which is so refreshing - other services make you feel bad for asking for changes but these ladies are always happy to serve!

Uptown Maids is wonderful. I’ve been using them monthly for about a year now. We are picky people when it comes to cleaning and after trying several other companies that were not up to snuff, I found Uptown Maids. Katie is wonderful and accommodating with any schedule changes. Uptown Maids is exactly what a home cleaning company should be, EASY and GOOD VALUE.

I hired them to clean up my empty apartment (we live out of town). The cleaning was okay, and they helped us with the carpet cleaning. The issue is that they left one of my toilets running water.

My realtor found out 10 days later, and I received a huge water bill at the end of that period. I communicated with the owner, and they rejected responsibility. I showed two bills prior to the cleaning, and one bill after the cleaning for water consumption comparison, and the owner chose to stay quiet.

They are not members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), so I can't submit a claim.

Other businesses that provide the same service are BBB members; hire those.

They need to develop some SOP, so they avoid leaving toilets running water.

Asked for an off cycle cleaning on short notice, and they delivered - even after having a flat tire and being delayed several hours. Can’t recommend enough!

Great experience with this cleaning company. I had a move-out clean and everything was left spotless. Worked quickly and thoroughly all at an affordable price!

I used this cleaning service twice, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. After the cleaning, I noticed the kitchen floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, and there was hair left behind in the shower. I shared photos and politely asked if the bathroom counters had been cleaned. I never asked for a refund or discount—I understand things can get missed sometimes. I just wanted to make sure it wouldn’t happen again.

The cleaner herself suggested a supervisor could come next time, which I thought was a great idea. But instead of following through, she told me she could no longer clean for me. I found that to be a very unprofessional response to respectful and reasonable feedback.

The best HANDS DOWN! My home looks like a brand new model home after they were finished. There wasn’t a spec of dog fur, one dust particle, one smudge or fingerprint on the windows and mirrors. Best money I ever spent and will 100% be rebooking!

The two women who came to clean my house today were phenomenal! Other cleaning services I’ve noticed are slower and do not move things when cleaning. These women moved everything. They cleaned behind, under, and inside every corner of the house. I walked around when they left to check it all out and I didn’t find a single thing I was unhappy with. I was totally impressed by the work Uptown Maids did at my properties, as well as, how professional they are. They are every bit as good, if not better, than my realtor told me they were!! The oven (not self-cleaning) that had been left a MESS by the former tenant was literally gleaming when they were done. I will never use anyone else; and, highly recommend them to others.
