We couldn't understand why our AC filters were turning dirty every two weeks. Gulf Dryer located a joint leak where the dryer vent was running parallel to the HVAC return plenum. The suction from our AC was literally pulling dryer lint out of a loose duct joint and pumping it into the house. They sealed the duct and completed an intensive dryer vent cleaning and our home's air quality has been transformed.

We had an ice dam problem during the freeze because our roof vent was leaking warm air. Gulf Dryer found the seal was broken. They cleaned the dryer vent and replaced the old cap with a new magnetic one. It stays sealed tight when we aren't using the dryer. This stopped the melting and refreezing issue completely.

I am so glad I called Gulf Dryer. The person who came was very polite and worked fast. My dryer vent cleaning was done right. It does not smell like burnt fabric anymore.

Dealing with this company was just super easy from start to finish. I called them up and they were really friendly on the phone which I always appreciate. The Gulf Dryer technician who came to Houston was actually really fast and didn't leave any mess or dirt behind for me to clean up. He showed me how the dryer vent was totally blocked with lint before he started. Now my dryer feels like it is brand new again and I am just so glad I got it done.

I had a different company come last year but they did not do a good job. This time I called Gulf Dryer and it was much better. They have special tools that reach all the way through the pipe. The worker was very professional and explained what he was doing in simple words.

The vent cleaning made my dryer run much quieter too. I feel very safe in my home now and I do not have to worry about lint fires anymore. Thank you for being so kind.

I was exposed to Covid by a family member who later on got very ill from Covid. For the safety of myself and my family, I decided to get my home sanitized and disinfected. I desperately was searching for a service to help me. I started calling services before business hours, maybe before the sun even was up that morning. When I called Sanitizing Clean, I spoke with the owner Renee. I was expecting to leave a message since it was so early in the morning , however Renee answered.

Renee was polite, professional, and attentive to my needs. I explained my situation to Renee she understood this was a serious matter and immediately wanted to help me. Renee and I stayed on the phone for seem like a few hours. Renee's customer service was exceptional . Renee is very knowledgeable of the business.. Any question I had , she provided me with factual and verifiable information from valid sources. By the end of the call I felt like Renee turned into my friend, counselor, and I felt I was already a client.

One thing I really appreciate about Sanitizing Clean is how flexible and patient they were with me. Renee worked with my crazy schedule and most important she worked with me in my situation regarding my pet who needed certain accommodations at the time . Renee extended her business hours to help me.

Sanitizing Clean did a good job sanitizing my home. Each room was disinfected and sanitized twice. The chemicals used seemed potent but not too strong. I could tell by standing in my house only a few minutes after services were complete the chemicals were working effectively. Needless to say, I was happy with the overall services I received.
