If I could give 10 stars, I would.. I’m almost in tears with the level of work quality Juan’s team put into getting my house in order after a small renovation. I had so much stuff everywhere and they cleaned and organized my home. I’m BEYOND happy and impressed! They worked so quickly. So professional, so nice. Thank you soooo much for the amazing job you and your team did!!!! WOW!

They came in and fixed our floors! We had another company come in and did a horrible job. Foot prints, stains, streaks, hair, and a dull finish. It was horrible and New Era came in and in 1/2 the time redid our floors! They shine and look amazing!

Today, I had them do a deep clean for a house I’m putting back on the market, and they went above and beyond. Every corner, every surface—nothing was overlooked. They were extremely thorough, cost-effective, and maintained great communication throughout the process. As always, the team was polite, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. I do not recommend this company for house cleaning services. Juan, who I presume to be, the owner is extremely unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 9:00 AM. At 9:15 AM, I received a call from Juan saying he couldn’t find the home. When I asked for his exact location, I also reminded him that our appointment was for 9:00 AM. Juan replied, “ok?” and when I clarified it was 9:15, he audibly sighed and said, “Oh my God.” I found this response highly unprofessional and inappropriate.

He then asked for the address again, and I ended the call. Not once did he apologize for being late or show any concern for my time. His behavior was rude and disrespectful. It’s about principle.

This lack of professionalism and poor punctuality disrupted my schedule, which I had planned around this appointment, and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I would not recommend this service.

Did such a great job servicing my parent’s home that we hired them bi-weekly. Very courteous and respectful.
