Fantastic work. The house is cleaner than when we moved in! They were thorough and diligent! They were very prompt and kept me informed up to their arrival. So professional. Impeccable work, the hose smells clean without being fragrant.

My booking was last minute as another service had cancelled on me and I needed a very clean house for the weekend. I had no problems everyone was extremely accommodating.

I have been using More Hands for over a year and the ladies do a phenomenal job of keeping my house from being a complete disaster with a family that doesn't make cleaning or tidying up a priority. I appreciate them always coming on time, always communicating, and doing a great job each time. I also love that once I found a team I like best (they are all fabulous but I just have my favorites) I asked that they be the team to come and the company made that possible. Canceling service for times when I am unable to accommodate cleaners were easy as well. They send txt messages to notify me 1 day in advance and ETA which is so great. In terms of prices, they aren't the cheapest, but I have used independent services before and it was such a hassle and without a team behind the independents, it was hard to make changes, hard to switch days, and other issues.
Anyway, I'm really happy with this company and plan to use them for the foreseeable future.

I’ve been using More Hands Maids for many months now. At first the service was inconsistent. Sometimes it was great, sometimes it was just okay. The wonderful thing was that anytime I provided feedback, they immediately reached out to me to see what they could have done better.
The more amazing thing was that they didn’t just ask, they acted upon it. Each time they offered to send the team back out. I only took them up on it one time. Their customer service team is so committed to making sure you are totally pleased though, they never stopped trying to make it right.
I have come home and found the trainer using my home to train new team members. I have found the supervisor here checking on her team to make sure they are performing at the level More Hands expects. I don’t know how, but they managed to remove a spider web from an 14 foot ceiling corner that I gave up on last month!
I am not an irrationally picky person, but I do believe in feeling good about a service I am paying for. I know it is a hard and often thankless job to clean someone else’s home, so I truly appreciate the effort they put into making mine clean and wonderful to come home to.
I also appreciate how responsive and committed More Hands is to customer service and satisfaction. Customer service and a good product truly sets More Hands Maids apart from the other cleaning services I have used in the past.
I am really appreciative of the attention they give to each customer and of the amazing job they all do.

We’ve been using MoreHands for about 4 years now. We trust them in our home and appreciate the good service they provide. They’re punctual, courteous of our home, and have pricing to suit various needs.

They aren’t like having a individual housekeeper. But, then, they aren’t like having an individual housekeeper.

They are a service with fluctuating teams so they don’t alway have that “memory” you get from an individual housekeeper, but, you never have the problems like, “The car broke down or the babies sick”. And it’s often touching to see the random things the different teams will do for you in your home.

In these 4 years they’ve only once called to reschedule. And I know I’ve called them way more than once to do the same. They’ve bent over backwards for me when the water line was unexpectedly cut off, and again, when I came home from work sick.

I am grateful to their service and their staff for being the professionals that they are.

The team did a good job cleaning a three story house with three dogs and a cat in residence. House looks great!

I love this service! They're super communicative with text messages before your appointment and you can even send messages back and they will respond! So convenient. They also have an app if you need to change an existing appointment. They always receive my feedback and implement it immediately. I appreciate this so much! The cleaning teams are actually all fantastic, and I'm not always here to see but I know they've sent managers/inspectors many times, which I think is very nice but I really trust the teams they send every time. My team right now is exceptional and I'm just so grateful for their help! I've been using this service for a few years now and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

I’m one of THOSE people. The ones that have to clean before the cleaners come. How can they concentrate on cleaning the bathroom sink if they have to navigate clutter to get to it? Unfortunately, saying life has been chaotic lately is an understatement, so the first thing that slides is keeping up with putting my shoes away. I’m so thankful to the MoreHands team for always successfully providing my dopamine hit (the days I come home to a clean house and a freshly made bed are the best) and having to do it all by maneuvering around boxes (new purchases requiring assembly to organize the clutter), piles of clothes (I started redoing my closet months ago by taking all the clothes out and then stalled, of course), and the aforementioned sea of shoes. They even make my clutter tidier! One less burden off my gigantic todo list and a mental health booster on top makes utilizing their services worth every penny.

Communicative and always do a great and very thorough job. Switched from our old company a few months ago and I can’t believe we didn’t switch sooner.

In this day and age, who wants to have to call people to ask when their service time is? Everything can be done online, and that’s a must.

They have impressive knowledge of how to properly care for different surfaces, fabrics, carpets, woods, and stone, which gives me total peace of mind.

The team is punctual, thorough, and always goes above and beyond to make my home sparkle. Their communication and coordination with the scheduling office is just as excellent w/ easy scheduling, clear updates, and smooth payments.
