I don't know if my expectations are too high, or I wasn't able to figure out how to communicate what they were. I had them clean bi weekly for about 3 months. I originally hired them because I needed a second bathroom that hadn't been cleaned in months to be cleaned of mold stains. I explained this and the first go round the stains weren't removed. I thought I would give it a couple weeks and even sent an email to the office letting them know that I wanted it to look move in ready, that I knew it was a big job, and I understood if other things didn't get done but that this was the priority. It was not different the next time or the time after that. I ended up having to clean the stains off with bleach on my own. It only took a few minutes to apply, a little soak time, and a little scrub and rinse after. Not too hard. I also asked them to clean the inside of the fridge. Advanced notice is required for this so I figured the first time I asked I hadn't given enough notice. I asked again and they didn't do it. Supposedly the staff didn't see the checklist that I left on the counter and the office staff hadn't responded to my email request for the fridge to be done. The office staff did reply by email after they missed doing it the second time saying they would talk to them because they told them to clean the fridge that morning. The next cleaning they somewhat organized the fridge. They cleaned under the bins on the bottom of the fridge but didn't remove the placemats I keep on the shelves or even wipe them down. The other cleaning was all fine. It was nice to come home to vacuumed floors and organized counters but the jobs I really wanted done, they couldn't do to a satisfactory level. I know they had time to do these jobs because they completed tasks that I hadn't checked on the list. Why wasn't that time spent doing a through job on the fridge or bathroom? I tried many times to communicate my expectations and to be patient. The list they give you also has a space for notes and special instructions. I put on there every week that I would like the hangers to be put back in the master closet and that the tall hampers in the bathrooms are for clean towels only and the short plastic baskets are for dirty clothes. I guess they don't read these at all because the hangers were never returned to the closet, only organized and hung on the bathroom door knob and I had to write big signs with red marker to hang over the hampers before they stopped putting dirty clothes in them.

Have been a customer for 10+ years. When I moved, they still serviced my new house. Same crew comes to clean. No issues. The owners can be contacted via email, phone, or text. Can pay online or by check.

The ladies did a decent job. I was scheduled for a 1.5 hour cleaning but they were in and out in under 1 hour 15 mins. It was a 4 person team (instead of 3), one of which introduced herself as the supervisor however she also helped with the cleaning. I had a few minor grievances that I shared with the owner after the ladies left: they didn’t appear to wipe down the bathroom faucets in the tub, shower and sinks; missed vacuuming the carpet in the master bedroom closet; and then a couple of days later I realized they neglected to wipe down/polish the dining room table (I noticed the same film of dust remained prior to their arrival). I shared my concerns with the owner and they immediately offered to send the ladies back out to address. I appreciated the gesture however I declined because the mishaps weren’t a huge deal for me so I didn’t want to have the ladies drive all the way back for that. I just would’ve expected a little more attention to detail for the price I paid.

I have used We Clean Houses for a year or more now....House always smells & looks awesome! I highly recommend this company! I leave long enough for the ladies to do their job. Makes me feel at ease to do so. The ladies & owners are the best! Again, I do recommend this company!

I have used We Clean Houses for many years. Their crew is always on time, and any time I haven't been satisfied for any reason, they always address the issue on their next visit. They are also flexible if you need additional services outside of your regular services. I have service once a week, and love coming home to a clean house on Fridays!

We had used their service for more than three months. Almost every time I found them missing certain areas that I had to clean myself after they left. Places like the inner edges toilet commode, kitchen sinks and countertops, the dining table with dust film or water streaks, and stain streaks on the wooden floors. I told the ladies about the missed spots the next time they came back. On October 17th right after the ladies left, I found a more than 10 inch long human hair on our dining table. How did they clean the table? What they used to clean it? (By the way, no one in our house wears long hair.) I was furious and sent pictures and complaints to the manager. Till this day, I haven’t heard any explanations or apology from them. It seems to me, customer satisfaction is not important to them. I am very disappointed.

We clean houses has always been very thorough and polite. They clean very well. We’ve had their service for about 11/2 years or so and are very happy with them!

If you are searching for great cleaners, you’ve found them! These ladies will transform your home into the cleanest most refreshing space you’ve never had. When I get home literally the air smells so clean, and the house is immaculate. They are worth every dollar and have the most amazing attitudes. Their attention to detail is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. 10/10 you must give them a try!!!

This was my first time to use this company and I was impressed. They sent 3 very experienced workers who knocked it out in efficient time. It was a moving clean so was a tougher job. I hadn't had a cleaning service in for several years. Just doing it myself so you know how that goes.
Everyone was focused and I didn't see anyone on their phones or taking calls which is a rarity these days. Once thing I noticed of mentioning is that they mopped my floor multiple times to ensure it was clean. They didn't just do the once passover to make it smell good. From top (vanity lights) to bottom (trim), my house is clean. Very personable group and I felt comfortable with them in my home. Cleaned a dirty 4320 sqft home in 2:30 min. In and out. Boom! I will be using them again.

These ladies have been cleaning my grandmother’s house for several years now. They are incredibly kind and trustworthy. They do a really good job cleaning her house. I absolutely love this company! A friend recommended them to me three years ago, and I have been using them ever since. They always come during the scheduled time, are very efficient, clean extremely well, and use great products. When my kids come home the days the house has been cleaned, they can tell as soon as they walk in. They actually get excited walking through the house. Love my cleaning crew! The same group comes to my house every week so they are familiar with what I like and my special requests. The house always smells amazing and they pick up after my kiddo! They do standard cleaning every week, but you can always request something different like ceiling fan cleaning (which I don't need every week). I have a standard day every other week, but if something comes up, they will work with me to change things around. Great group, reasonable prices!

The 3 ladies were very good. Only one spoke English but she was very nice. I did notice they were not able to reach the ceiling fans, nor have long handled duster to clean them. They missed one pole type lamp behind my recliner. But basically they did good a good job. It was group D. I need a once a month or 4 week price. Hopefully they can do the fans. Thanks
