We had a very dirty house to clean after a family member passed away (let's say housekeeping was not their thing), and there was a lot of old junk to be hauled away. Sam's cleaning came and took care of it quickly, professionally, and comprehensively. Amjad came and assessed the situation and was there, on time (as always), the next day with a crew to make it happen. They did an amazing job of turning a dirty, grimy mess into something completely livable and presentable, even restoring some appliance and bathroom surfaces that we thought might be ruined and would need replacement.
But a few things did need replacing, with new carpet, new paint, and a handful of other small items (like some plumbing work) needed so that the home could be sold. Amjad acted as a local "fixer" to get us quotes and arrange all the work. This was a miraculous help to us, since we are from out of town and couldn't return for awhile. He was able to coordinate the various services we chose from the bids, and organized the work in a sequence that made the most sense, even being there to let them in and supervise the activity. The result was a clean, renewed, and sellable home... a far cry from it's original state just weeks before.
Throughout all of this activity, we had clear communication and a clear understanding of what was happening and when. No hiccups in the activities whatsoever, and the results were astounding. It made this unfortunate family-member death situation so much simpler than it would have been otherwise.
We recommend Sam's Cleaning and Hauling very highly as a result of this great experience. It was refreshing to work with honest, true professionals at a time like this.

Using this service is a time saver for landlords. Walking into a clean marketable house after a tenant moved out is well worth the cost. Very impressed with the level of service Sammy’s provides.

I signed my aunt up for a deep clean. I accidentally put in the wrong date. They worked around my mistake and came when I needed it. They deep cleaned her whole downstairs, which is all I asked for. They said there wasn’t enough work to do in five hours and went upstairs and did her bathrooms.

The work they did was phenomenal and I’m so happy with it! Strongly recommend!

We used Sams for several months for general housekeeping cleans. We really liked the company. Regretfully, we had medical bills and we’re not able to continue the service. They even worked with us to get the price down lower, but we were not able to at this time. We will definitely go back the this business should we start needing housekeeping services again.

Sam's Cleaning and Hauling comes highly recommended by me. I have been using their monthly cleaning services for approx. 2 years now and the girl that normally comes, Brenda, is A1 in her ability to thoroughly clean my home top to bottom and better yet, I trust her in my home, even when I am not there. She has a lovely, cheerful attitude and I appreciate her very much.

In addition, the owner, Amjad, has gone WAY above and beyond in helping me out with various tasks related to hauling things in and out of my home + small household chores relating to moving furniture, most recently coming to help me lift my very heavy mattress and box springs off of the frame so I could place new bedding and sheeting on it properly.

Another thing I like about this company is that I always get a monthly reminder that my cleaning lady is due on a certain day.

Again, this company gets a 5 star review from me.

Awesome Company! I've used Sam's for years. I'm a Realtor and a homeowner and have used them in my personal and business. I've used them to clean and haul away items left at my renthouses. Reasonably priced and any work they have ever done is A-1 exceptional! They clean our personal home once a month and the work is excellent! Give them a try you won't regret it.

When they came to clean out our house and remove old furniture, we had a perfectly good bed frame, mattress and box spring left in our garage. We placed a note on it asking that they leave these items. Unfortunately, they removed our bed, as well.

I wouldn't be upset about an honest mistake. However, the guy in charge, Amjad, told me it was my fault for not being more explicit in my instructions and refused to bring our bed back to us unless we paid him $150 for what he called "extra work."

There are plenty of cleaning and junk removal companies in the Houston area and I bet most, if not all, of them would be willing to put the customer first.

Notice in his response below that he apologizes for accidentally taking our bed and mattress, implying that it is their fault, yet he wouldn't return it because it was too inconvenient for him.

Monica and her crew were awesome. They did an amazing job of cleaning a very large house and were so kind throughout the day. I highly recommend Sam’s Cleaning and Hauling.

Fantastic service! Attention to detail is so much better than previous cleaning service I used. And, when I have a special project (spring cleaning) I know who to call to haul my junk away.

Sam's Cleaning and Hauling is an outstanding company. I have contracted with them to clean my mother's house every two weeks, and she is completely satisfied with the reliable service she receives. She has indicated many times that Brenda, the woman assigned to come to her home every two weeks, is an outstanding worker, and she always looks forward to her visits.

Sam is the best and great customer service with the upmost respect. He was on time and completed the project quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend him and also use his services again.

I hired Sam's Cleaning and Hauling for Carpet Cleaning . I have 4 kids and you can imagine how dirty the carpet was . They did an awesome job cleaning my whole house.
