Eliot was very nice to deal with. Brenda came to the house. It was a move out cleaning so a lot detail cleaning. It took the whole day because so much needed to be cleaned for the next renter. Brenda did a great job. You could tell she had a lot of experience. Will use them again. LMG

Needed someone GOOD at cleaning, after trying with different companies/persons I found the best cleaning service in Houston! Attentive and very helpful with my specific needs whether I need a Deep clean or only a regular clean, I always get happy with the results!

The only reason I don’t have 5 stars on Airbnb.

Despite discussing cleaning the same day as checkout, AJ decided he would go to my Airbnb to clean the day after a guest checked out; he didn’t touch base. A new guest requested to stay before he could clean. This cost me money to compensate the guest, stress and my 5 star rating.

After the honeymoon period, the reviews went from stellar to every guest complaining. We gave him the benefit of the doubt, over and over and it cost us.

AJ will drown you in irrelevant information and try to milk a tip out of every visit. Then he will scold you for the one relevant sentence in the novels he sends about his own personal life. If you ever need last minute help, it will surely be someone in his family’s or his own birthday or maybe he’ll squeeze it in for you right before a funeral.

AJ didn’t take accountability in the least when he decided to go a day late or when he failed to dust fans, clean the coffee pot he explicitly agreed to clean, and misplaced the hardware for curtains that came down. But we just paid over $360 for a “deep clean” that never happened. He left wads of hair and makeup on the carpet, the tub was black, he didn’t do the fans, continued to ignore the coffee maker… literally, a 30 minute “deep clean,” that almost took me off of Airbnb with the review I received after the no clean deep clean from AJ. If you stop tipping, say because you’re paying for his mistakes, he will fully give up and scam you.

I’ve used Spic and Span services before and each time they don’t disappoint. Professional, prompt and the house is immaculate when they leave.

I am not satisfied with Spic and Span Maid Cleaning Services. Unfortunately, the last few times that my house has been cleaned by you all I have noticed some discrepancies. The first time, one of my champagne glasses was broken and I was not made aware. The second time there was an extreme amount of water left on the floor in the restrooms. The time prior my remote control went missing. This time, the toilet and sink in my guest bathroom was not cleaned properly. There is now also a huge smudge on my microwave with scratches that is unable to be cleaned that was not present before the cleaning service arrived. What bothers me most about this situation is that I have been faithful and used this company for years and every time I make them aware of the issues that I have, there is no accountability. The blame is never accepted. It is always placed on the homeowner. The actions of this company are highly unprofessional and very unacceptable. Thank you for your time.

Move out deep clean. Spic and Span did a great job getting our rental property ready for rent.
