I used Spic and Span for the first time earlier this week and I was very pleased with their services and i plan on using them again soon.

Wonderful job!! So efficient and always on time.

I didn’t want to leave a negative review but they have left me with no choice. I have their monthly cleaning services and they have been coming to clean for me since a couple of months now. Last month, they came for cleaning and refused to clean the living room upstairs. When I asked them why, they responded that I never told them that I have a game room. I asked to speak to their manager and she hit me with hidden fees that I have to pay extra for that area to be cleaned. I was flabbergasted. When I had called them to schedule cleaning for the first time, I told them clearly that I have a living room with a couch upstairs and want the area to be cleaned. She said that I never told them. Mind you, they’ve been coming for months and cleaning the area. And now, suddenly, they are refusing to do it and when I talk to them she is coming at me with hidden fees??? I was already paying 20 bucks each for the couches. And they barely even cleaned it btw. It was as if the upstairs couch hadn’t even been dusted/cleaned. They were extremely rude to me and I was beginning to lose my patience as well. My mental health is being affected. Please stay away from them if you value your mental peace. I am just done with their hidden charges. They are dishonourable. I’m sorry to say this but I’m very upset at the moment.

And now cherry on top!!!!!! They just called me (and it wasn’t even a real person on the phone, it was a recording!!) to announce that they are coming tomorrow for cleaning. Less than 24 hours notice!!! I immediately called them back to let them know that I have a prior commitment and I wont be home tomorrow. And you know what she told me? That there is a $25 cancellation fee even to move the appointment because it’s less than 24 hours notice. Are you kidding me?????? You called me JUST NOW with the day and time. You didn’t even give me a 24 hours notice! How ridiculous! How would I know they are coming tomorrow??? And I have my son’s long awaited doctors appointment tomorrow that we have been waiting for since MONTHS. I’m absolutely livid! What a horrible service that I have gotten myself into. So now they have wrongfully charged me the cancellation fee. How is this fair?????? I will never recommend them to anyone. Please save your money and look elsewhere.

I have been using spic and span for over 20 years. I have never had one problem.They are always reliable, trustworthy and my house sparkles after they leave and I just love them.

I rec’d cleaning from Spic & Span. They do a wonderful job. I have had different crews & they all do great. I have been using them for at least 20 years. The only thing Im not happy about is their prices going up EVERY YEAR, at least $20 which is not good! Im trying to afford to clean most of my home, but I have to keep taking rooms off to make it affordable.I can see going up a little, but $20 is a bit much. I have in the pass asked about this but never talked to the Owner, Felicia.I cant afford to get cleaning every 2 weeks. But For Loyal customers, the price should not go up that much per year.

I have been using Spic and Span Cleaning Services for many, many years. I have tried a few times to reduce my bills and cancelled them but I always call them back to start my service again because it is such a treat to me and they do so much in a short period of time that would take me hours to accomplish. They do a fantastic job, they are in and out so quickly, very reliable and honest, very professional and easy to deal with. They bring all their own supplies and my house looks amazing when I get home. There are 4 ladies that come and they each take a room and get going! I’m usually at work when they come, I have 3 animals and it’s never a problem. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I can only get them once a month, but I have found that I can’t do without them. This is without a doubt the best money I spend on myself. Definitely a 5 Star company! Love my Spic and Span!

We’ve been using LM Commercial Cleaning services at our office for 2 years and we are extremely pleased with how not only reliable and efficient the staff is but the owner is extremely responsive at any given notice and additionally has also provided our office with disinfectant cleaning during the COVID-19 pandemic.
