I ordered a deep clean in my house because we just had engineered hardwood floors put in on the first floor. Two people showed up they were told do not put water on the floors. What did they do? They put water on the floors. They didn’t dust my fireplace mantle or the storage above my refrigerator at all. There was a lot of dust and after they left, I had to clean.They took two hours and charged me over $300. The service was disgusting and very disappointing and will never ever use them again.

I have been using Molly Maid consistently for about 2 years now. I am overall very happy with their service. They’re easy to work and communicate with, on time, efficient and most importantly leave my house feeling brand new. Special shout out to team 2 Mayra and Maria for always going above and beyond.

I don’t know how they did it but they cleaned my house post Halloween party after full disaster. They went above and beyond! Hire them if you want a spotless home!

Absolutely one of the worst cleaning services I’ve ever experienced. I paid nearly $600–$700 for a deep clean, and what I got doesn’t even meet the standards of a basic cleaning.

After 6 hours, I returned to find visible dust, water stains on faucets, a dirty stovetop (they only removed the liner), and a master bathroom that looked untouched. When I questioned the team about foggy windows, they insisted they had been cleaned. I pointed to a specific corner, and one of the cleaners reluctantly attempted to wipe it—but only after I asked her to dampen the cloth did it finally come off. This shows a complete lack of attention to detail and proper training.

When I asked about areas that were clearly missed or poorly cleaned, I was met with excuses. If this is what your company considers a “deep clean,” then it’s grossly misleading.

Not only was the service inadequate, but the attitude and lack of accountability were even worse. I regret hiring this company and strongly advise others to look elsewhere. This was a complete waste of money, and I will never use or recommend this service again.

Such nice ladies who came to clean my elderly parents home. They did a fantastic job cleaning the house after a remodel!

Incredibly disappointed with their customer service. The maids themselves do a fine job cleaning, if not the most thorough. However the front office is miserable to work with. We hired them for about 1 year, and nearly every week had issues with the main office. Issues included 1) Routinely asking for payment BEFORE the to cleaners arrive 2) Refusing to contact my husband when they need information or have questions, even though he is the one who is home with the maids when they are at the house, 3) missing cleans and not arriving on time for scheduled cleans.
There are so many maid services in Houston, it’s not worth the challenge of dealing with their main office.

Leaving this review to warn others of the standard and practices of Molly Maid. I reached out to them seeking a deep cleaning for our new home. Over the phone I was told the job could be done and there was no issue to my requests. Unfortunately, one visit was not enough, the cleaning team had to return to the house and it was still left like this. When asked to clean I was told, they only pass over the blades and remove any dusts that falls off. Pictures attached show, a layer of dust on the fans. There was sticky residue on the floors and counter tops. Which I was told they had wiped down but I needed to purchase a different chemical. Then I found a cabinet with chips on the shelf and sugar which had attracted ants. I did contact the office several times and after a while I asked for a refund which they refused to give.

If you’re looking for a deep clean of your house or just getting your home cleaned and ready for guests. Molly Maid is not the business for that. I hope this review helps someone in the future and it prevents a headache, unnecessary cost and wasting your time.

Worst experience, especially after they doubled down when we provided evidence of a poor clean. If you choose not to read the following, simply look at the pictures posted. My wife and I were moving into a new home and wanted a deep clean. There’s literally no furniture in the house, totally empty and their team still charged me nearly $400 for a very poor service. They barely mopped, ceiling fans were “brushed over”, you could run your finger over nearly every counter and feel dirt and grime, and we found sugar (left from previous owners) in one of the lower cupboards that had began attracting ants. We reached out explaining the situation we found and they offered a second clean. After speaking with the team who had arrived, they told us that it was against policies to clean the ceiling fans.. alright.. essentially the second clean didn’t do anything. They offered a third but at this point we wanted a refund. They refused. I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a cleaning service to find ANYONE else. Extremely poor service. I’d rate negative stars if I could.

Molly Maids have cleaned for me for 15 years. They are always on time, careful and thorough. Never break things, never “put things away” so I have to search everywhere to find them. Place is always beautiful, clean and fresh after they’re done. They are great!

Kiara and Rosa have been quite thorough with cleaning. Very polite and willing to listen to requests. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was a move-out clean. Though there was no furniture in the house, it required a thorough cleaning of everything, including blinds, baseboards, and appliances. Scheduling was easy, the maids did an excellent job, and the cost was reasonable.

They did a great job. I've always have great experiences with Molly Maid. Keep up the great woek.
