Very professional. Did a great job on my entire house. FLOORS LOOK AMAZING.

Have used her for 4 months and each visit was sub-par. Things were always missed (master shower not cleaned, stove, island, floors, etc). After ever visit I would contact the owner (who is always very pleasant) would promise better service next time. After the visit yesterday, we've cancelled the service.

I just moved in to a house, and it needed deep cleaning, before I moved in. She quoted me a a price of $140. Then she raised the price to $260. And with 3 people cleaning, they didn't even wipe down the oven hood vent, and back room with tile floors did not look like it was moped. They're probably good for light cleaning and dusting. Look somewhere else for deep, move in ready cleaning.

I wasn’t going to leave this review after Michelle sent me the link because I knew she would respond. But since it has been 5 days and no response. I’ll be posting the message I sent her directly.

“ I think you did an ok job. I don't know about the deep cleaning part. I still have makeup on my walls and some of my doors. The kitchen that you cleaned the counters looked as though they were clean but when touched with bare hands they were gritty. Same as the restroom counters. The mirrors in the restroom were not clean. The floor needed to be mopped . Even still some stains in the living room. I had to buy a swifter to clean it correctly. My kitchen cabinets weren't clean. You said 150 for 4 hours of deep cleaning. I would hope in the future with your clients that you bring someone who is able to clean as expected. After moving my couch it was still stuff under it and it needed to be mopped as well. But you generally did ok if it would've been a general two hour cleaning. My microwave was not even cleaned . And when you left I forgot to add my toilet was not really clean. Not a great experience for my first time using you.

Also to add . After I went in the restroom and told her that the side boards and mirrors and different things weren’t clean. (She has her assistant helping her) She was saying how she was new and she needed her to see things so she can fix it. But after I’ve paid 150 upfront before you even cleaned I shouldn’t have to worry about who is new and who is not. They still did not fix what was wrong. I’m not the type of person to stand behind you and do your job. So I trusted my house would be spotless. It was not. But again generally they did a good job.

Michelle was great! Very prompt in her responses, very nice and easy to work with, and did a great job cleaning our house! Will definitely use again.

We ordered a deep clean of the entire house due to the house going on sale. At first glance it looked fine but then lack of detailing began to show. The top of the fridge was left as-is, tile wasn’t given a proper scrubbing, some baseboards or window ledges weren’t dusted, the laundry room appliances weren’t cleaned, in addition to other things our real estate agent pointed out. There were stains on the bathroom vanity that I removed after the fact with a Clorox wipe. This was passable for a regular clean but definitely not the deep clean that we ordered and discussed in detail by phone and text multiple times. I messaged the owner and canceled our move-out order scheduled for the end of the month and listed the reasons above. Never got a response or an offer to finish the job. The scheduled time was 9:30 am and they were late. Didn’t start cleaning until 10 am (still charged us for 9:45 arrival - that’s when I left for work and their car wasn’t in our driveway).

Let me start by saying that Michelle is a sweet person. From the very beginning she was very nice, courteous and helpful answering any questions I had about my first cleaning but she wasn't detailed at how much timing their would be to clean. She stated that it would be 130.00 plus a 10.00 fee(travel) which covered 4 hours.Since my apartment is small I told her that all I needed was one person to clean. She stated that she would have to bring two additional ladies with her since they were needed for the house before me. But what she didn't say was that my time would be cut more than half because of them!!! That's bad communication. In all they stayed maybe one in a half to two hours because it was three workers working at the same time. It was very stressful for me because I had to walk from room to room to help them. It through me off. She calls me outside saying that my time was up after 2 hours because their was two additional workers and that they only make 10.00 hourly. I felt scammed!! I told her that one person would be needed because my place was small. Y'all should've seen my place when they left. It was worse than before!She's nice but you better be sure to ask very detailed questions as to what you want before. And definitely make sure you have timing correct. I think it was a bad experience for my first cleaning. I wouldn't recommend this company

Michelle and her crew are highly dependable, deliver consistent cleaning, which allows me to know I am always getting great service. In real estate having a clean home is important and I can’t thank her and her team enough for the hard work they perform.

I had a great first experience Michelle's! I needed a deep clean for an apartment that I've been in for a while. Scrubbing Windows baseboards window sills light fixtures ceiling fans bathtub floors and doors is no easy task. They handled it like the professionals they are :-)

Michelle's Cleaning has been cleaning my brother's townhouse for years and has done a great job with them. He offered to let them clean my studio apartment on him. My place was a mess and they did an amazing job cleaning it and even organized all the clutter. It looks cleaner than it was when I moved in 3.5 years ago. I def recommend them and plan on using them in the future.
