I thought my house was clean until The Cleaning Authority showed up. They did an amazing job. This is the cleanest my house has been since I moved in. Great Job!!!

Rosie and Magnolia were absolutely fantastic for my first deep clean. I couldn't believe how quickly they covered so much ground, and cleaned with such efficiency and detail! Before my cleaning, the owner of this location did a very thorough walk through of my house, taking notes, asking questions, and explaining their process. Taking cleaning our house off of my list of a million things to do is a huge weight off my shoulders after only one week. I'm already incredibly impressed with this company and its people!

They are amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them. Paul, the owner, sat and did a thorough breakdown on our first meeting explaining everything. Him and his team are friendly, kind, and hard working. They left from doing the second initial clean at our house and wow!!! They did an awesome job. They have great perks too. And reasonable prices. I've used Cleaning Authority for both move-in/move-out cleanings and monthly cleanings are they have always been fantastic. They work in teams so they are in and out quickly and do a great job with the cleaning.

I really like the results of the deep clean and knowing they will rotate every other week to maintain it. They are more thorough than last service I used. The first initial cleanings (which can be split into two so that you don’t necessarily have one big bill) ensure they clean according to the written and verbally explained routine they follow. Maricor and Natasha were very professional and courteous and listened to any preferences or requests as well as answered questions patiently. I have pets so knowing I have some help cleaning especially the floors helps me feel more at peace. Thank you to Trinity’s team as well and look forward to more cleanings to keep this place looking and feeling great to live in.

Another wonderful cleaning by Pricilla and Ingris! This team worked efficiently to clean our home while both my husband and I were working from home, which is not easy to do. Bathrooms, kitchen, office, bedrooms- everything looked (and smelled) fresh and clean. My daughter also commented how cute they made her room look with how they arranged all her stuffed animals on her bed! Very happy with the service and the team - Pricilla and Ingris!

Not impressed with cleaning service. I just moved to the neighborhood and would like a move in cleaning. The house is small and in great condition so I chose to pay by hour instead of the $400 flat rate they offered. The crew (Claudia and another lady) are nice and polite but I was not impressed by the job they did. The inside of the drawers still with dust after they cleaned it. The floor was still dirty after the mopping. They didn’t have a ladder so anything out of reach was not cleaned. I had to constantly checked their work and asked for redo. In the end I simply gave up and let them go after two hours.

With almost 5 star review here I was expecting more, especially for the very first service, but was very disappointed. Won’t come back for recurring service, sorry.

I recently used The Cleaning Authority for the first time. They exceeded my expectations. The three-person crew was quick and thorough. I plan to set up regular service.

I've used The Cleaning Authority for over 2 years and have always been happy with the biweekly cleanings. Team 4, Cynthia and Andrea did a really great job this week. Hard workers and very thorough.

I booked the cleaning authority as a recommendation from a family member. Such a great experience! The two women who cleaned my home were phenomenal. They were so kind and thorough! I would definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for housekeeping.

Team 1 was on time, and very thorough and efficient. My first cleaning a supervisor came to make sure all was well. I loved the overall service will be sharing with family, clients and friends.

They have a checklist of items they clean - I really appreciate this as most self-employed cleaners I've utilized do not have such a list. However, when I reviewed that list after their clean, I found multiple areas where the clean was either not completed at all or was not completed well.

They did offer to send the crew back out the following day to fix the items identified but if they did a poor job the first time, then why would I want them to return. If I can review that list then they should also do so before leaving the site. They should not require a supervisor or me to be their quality-check.

I will not be using their services again and do not recommend them to others. $300 for an initial clean (my cleaner had just cleaned 2 weeks prior so they did not have a lot of buildup to deal with) and $200 for regular cleans every 4-weeks for 2000 sq ft house, 3 bed 2 bath. That's $2700+ per year, not including tips.

They also took some of my candy that was in my kitchen pantry area. Not sure if that's normal but felt unprofessional. That's only what was observed, who know what else happened unobserved.

I have ben using Cleaning Authority for several years. My regular cleaning team, Dilia and Victoria are super thorough and always go above and beyond. To make things even better, the office staff is very responsive and professional. I definitely recommend The Cleaning Authority.

The cleaning authority has done an excellent job! Claudia Sazo , Viridiana Gonzalez and Carmen Estrada have a great attention to detail and leave our house spotless! The team first did a deep clean- and did an amazing job on our grout. The cleaning products they use don’t have a strong chemical odor while still working really well.

The way my house feels and looks after the ladies leave is unbelievable. I couldn’t ask for a better company to send amazing help. My two ladies were exceptional. Thank you for making my home. Feel fresh again.

All the cleaning teams have been great. Team #2 that came most recently, did an outstanding job. Nancy Chavez and Dilia Lazo left my house neat and clean, ready for unexpected company. I was especially glad to have clean floors. They were a great team!
