Lorena and Denisse are absolutely amazing. I have had service for 6 months now and they are just as Detailed when they started and leaves everything sparkling. They come in with a smile on their faces, loves my pups and still continue doing an amazing job.

We have been using Cleaning Authority for 3 years, both at our previous home and at our new home. Raquel and Carmelita do a fantastic job ALWAYS!! They are always thorough and efficient!! We feel fortunate to have them helping keep our house beautiful.

I would love to see Heidi & Yadik earn a bonus in appreciation of how well they cleaned our home today. I would like to have Heidi & Yadik be the ones who come to our home each time. Heidi speaks English well, and both are very nice. Plus, they cleaned our home better than anyone.

Team 1 - Victoria and Angeles are doing a great job cleaning our house. They move fast but with precision. I would highly recommend them. And they get along with our dog. The office customer service is outstanding as well; great communication and fast response to any communication style.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for several years now. I truly appreciate how consistent they are. You know the type of cleaning you are going to get, and they always try to keep the same team coming to my home. Which is awesome, because that team knows where everything belongs. Denisse and Lorena have been cleaning our home for several months now, and I am really happy with their work.

Team # 10 did an excellent job. Special thanks to the team leader, Laura. She ran an efficient group of ladies. With three women cleaning due to another team transfer, the whole house, upstairs and main level, was done very quickly. I hope to have team # 10 come back again. Thanks for your good training and supervision tof your cleaners.

This post is from today, June 11, 2024. Team #10 with Laura came earlier than expected, which was better for my purposes. They again did an excellent job. They know my house well, so I do not have to ask them to do anything. It is very nice to have total trust in your teams. I would strongly recommend the team and The Cleaning Authority to other homeowners to know the housekeeping work will be done right, leaving the home looking and smelling wonderful.

A thorough cleaning job was performed. Attention to detail was given to many areas and the team was diligent in their work.

My housecleaning was absolutely wonderful! I made my husband take me out for dinner because I didn't want to mess up the kitchen!🤣

Update: Thanks again to Lorena & Denisse for their hard work! I continue to use this company because they are very reliable and efficient. I love knowing via the app what time they will arrive, and that I don't have to be there or leave cash payment. All the staff has been very personable and hard working and spot checks at my house by management happen occasionally, which I appreciate. A couple of times I had concerns about some missed spots, and the company was super responsive, fixed it right away.

I have been getting monthly house cleaning services with Esperanza, Carmelita, and Neicy. The employees are prompt, professional, and provide a thorough clean every time. I appreciate their services and would recommend to others.

We started using The Cleaning Authority of West Houston to clean our home a few months ago. So far, the service each time has been very thoughtful and thorough. We like that The Cleaning Authority has a process and that the service providers bring their own cleaning materials for each visit. Victoria and Angeles (Team 1) stopped by to clean our home this morning and the service was fantastic. They were both very kind, diligent, and just all around pleasant. We really appreciate the great care they took to clean our home and leave it squeaky clean!

My first cleaning with TCA and it was great! I have 4 cats and there is a lot of hair and dust but it seems like they got it all. My shower glass is shining!

I had an excellent experience with Haide and Yessica on Team #8. They were prompt, efficient, thorough, and thoughtful. My daughter and I were able to go about our day comfortably while they worked, and even my cats seemed to enjoy their presence. I also appreciate their little thoughtful touches, like tidying bathroom items in a visually pleasing way. My house looks and smells so clean, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. I highly recommend their services!

This was our first time hiring a cleaning service and I can’t say enough great things! Vilma and Sandra went above and beyond. They cleaned every room so meticulously. It was a huge relief to walk inside—I could just breathe easier. Also, my little girls loved how they organized their stuffed animals :)

I am always happy to see Olga and team, Cindy and Nelin. She and her team are always very professional and thorough. I know their schedule varies, but if they could be my team every time I would definitely opt for that. Cleaning Authority has always been very helpful and flexible with our schedule and they are always responsive.

We had a private cleaning team for a while. I decided to try out The Cleaning Authority... they do a wonderful thorough job. Very nice cleaning of our entire house. Heidi and Yadira (team 8) are genuinely lovely and pleasant to be around, great attitudes!
