Michelle is amazing, and always does a wonderful job. And if something accidentally got looked over or missed she’ll work with you to find a solution. She always pays amazing attention to my home cleaning needs, and getting all my pets fur cleaned up off of ALL the surfaces. So grateful to have found her service.

Michelle and her crew (Mr Muhammad and Kristin) are efficient, detailed, and courteous. This is our second cleaning, and they performed a miracle in a fraction of the time originally specified!

Michelle has been cleaning my house for 6 months now and I constantly appreciate her service! She (and her girls) puts exceptional detail into everything from the insides of the trash cans to crystal clear mirrors. This was my first time using Michelle's services. I was in need of a deep clean while I was out of town. She was very professional throughout the entire experience. I was a bit worried about the safety and security of my home. She provided her insurance and detailed information that gave me piece of mind.

So I've used a cleaning service before but I have NEVER had anyone send me detailed pics throughout the cleaning. I was quite impressed with this. Her level of communication was outstanding! If you have specific areas of concerns, she'll address ALL of them.

She certainly put in the time and effort and it shows! I'm very pleased with her and have her scheduled again already for next months cleaning.

Michelle’s team was very thorough and very informative. She took time to give a detailed estimate and her pricing is very fair and competitive. First time using a cleaning service and it was a great experience with Michelle's Cleaning! They were on time and ready to go. Michelle’s Cleaning Service did an amazing job getting my place ready for move in. The apartment complex definitely didn’t do a good job turning it over, but Michelle and her team(Crystal and Moe)came in and made everything spotless. Very professional, thorough, and took a lot of stress off my shoulders during the move.

I have used Michelle's Cleaning on two occasions and both experiences were top rate. The first time was a top to bottom deep clean of a house that had not been lived in for a year and had junk everywhere. They were able to get the house in a good livable condition in less than 5 hours. They cleaned walls, floors, windows and even ceilings plus getting rid of garbage. They also cleaned the bath and kitchen to a spotless condition. They also tackled the kitchen stove and refrigerator that both came out excellent.

The second cleaning was about 2 months later after I had the house leveled. The foundation repair required digging holes inside the house in at least 6 places with dirt all over the floors. I also had to have the plumbing repaired in the bath that made a mess there as well. There was a trail of dirt from the front to back doors as well as the bedrooms that wouldn't come out. Michelle's crew was able to get the floors in excellent shape and remove all the dust and dirt created by the workmen.

Michelle's crew is very professional and extremely courteous and helpful. Michelle is like a general orchestrating a war and coordinates all the workers to a precision team. They are the hardest working crew I've seen in decades and were able to accomplish all my cleaning goals despite the conditions.

Michelle is very punctual and charges for the cleaning were reasonable for the amount of effort needed. She had 4 workers plus herself on the first job and 5 plus herself on the second job as I remember. She has saved me literally weeks of effort to bring the old house back to a livable standard.

Great job as always and good communication and attention to detail.
