Molly Maids has been great to work with in our home cleaning. We have had various crews over the past 3 years, but #3, our current crew, has been very reliable and thorough.

Team 1 K&S. Did a excellent job cleaning my home. I haven’t seen it this clean since I moved in.

Sayonara and Silvia are a dream they. They came in and really put in amazing effort to help clean my home and restore the order I needed. I am disable with limited mobility and it’s been a miracle to finally have someone come in and give me the help I needed. These two ladies were kind, quick and efficient. I shed tears because this was such a wonderful transformation I have now in my home. Forever grateful to these two! Highly recommend their services ! Muchas gracias señoritas!!!!!

Molly maid dropped a soap dispenser and it cracked and leaked onto a pillow, they didn’t communicate this and I found out about the crack later and was wondering why my pillow was damaged until my spouse found the cracked dispenser. I was wondering why I heard a crash when they were cleaning but they never admitted or inspected the damage they cause. They knew they stained my pillow because it was wet when I found it.

This makes me question their integrity.

The price was $350 for a deep cleaning, lots of dust per the female companion!

I dont usally write reviews but this was ridiculously overpriced services that I’ve ever paid for. Paying over $600 for cleaning u’d expect them to clean everything you requested. I specifically asked and paid for deep cleaning but these ladies cleaned half of my fridge and left the other half unfinished. Just like fridge i noticed so many other things that they didnt clean correctly. Once they were done with the cleaning they were trying to leave and i noticed they didnt even clean my glass door and i had to stop them and ask them to at least finish cleaning that. This big of a big business u would think they would have some professional people working with them but clearly not. No communication skills and no skills of delegating. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This cleaning was for a reception following my mom’s funeral this coming Friday. All the kitchen countertops were gritty and had to be cleaned by me. Countertop on left side of kitchen sink was rough and sticky. Husbands dresser not dusted at all. They may have run a sponge on stovetop but was not really cleaned. Not worth $400 and will not be using them again.

Carmen and Claudia were very efficient and professional when cleaning my home. My place looked spotless and smelled amazing. They paid attention to all the little details and I could tell they really take pride in their work. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service.

We wanted 3 things done:
1. deep clean 3 bathrooms
2. clean baseboards in all but 2 rooms
3. Clean blinds in all but 1 room

They were fine, I took off 1 star because
1. There was 1 service they could not provide but didn't inform us until they were here.
2. They were pricey IMHO. Granted it did take them some time and they may not have been prepared for that.

We hired Molly Maids for a move out clean on May 30,2024. We even added a garage clean out. We were assured we had nothing to worry about with clean. Our mistake was we didn’t throughly inspect the house we trusted the word of Molly Maids. The next day we learned just how pathetic of a job they did. They cleaned very quickly and were not cheap for a move out clean as well as garage clean. Pictures speak for themselves. When told and shown these pictures the manager/contact person said we should have let them know and there was nothing they could do to make it right.

UPDATE: 7/11/24. I could not respond to your response. Reservation was under my finances name Matthew Bean. We had called your specific number we made the reservation with and like mentioned above you guys basically said to bad.

I love Molly maids. I have been using them for a long time to clean my house. Team #3, Claudia and Marleny are always very fast and thorough. They take care of the chores that I don’t want to. 💜

This was my first time using Molly Maid, and I needed my house professionally done before hosting a Christmas party. I was extremely impressed with the work done on my house. Team 2 (Mayra and Telma) did a great job and were very respectful of my two cats also.

WOW. I am disabled and have had a really rough year after my housekeeper of 35+ years retired. My husband and I tried to keep the house up but a lot wasn’t getting done.

So, I called Molly Maid. Muyru and Telma came in like a hurricane and whipped our house into shape. It feels wonderful. They worked so hard and non-stop (deep clean). Feels good to be living in a clean home again.

Yes, I would highly recommend Molly Maids.

The lady who did the in-home quote was knowledgable, friendly, and upfront with pricing. The scheduler was accommodating to my ever changing work schedule, so thank you for that! The cleaners (Team #10) did an excellent job! My main concern was pet hair and for the first time my home was pet hair free! Can’t wait for my next cleaning.

Maids were very thorough and did an amazing job cleaning. They are very hard workers. I will definitely be using them again. I love my clean house!!

I have been using Molly Maids for several years. The cleaning crew never disappoints. I am notified when they are on their way. They do a good job of cleaning. It is refreshing after a long day to come home to a clean home.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I scheduled a move in deep clean. They didn’t clean anything at all. I called to complain and supplied pictures of the dirty floors and cabinets and they wouldn’t provide a refund or come redo the service. Awful customer service and cleaning service.
