They made sure every part of my home was spotless, and they paid attention to the little details. The staff was also friendly and easy to communicate with. Sara and her team are absolutely incredible! They always take great care when they clean for me! They pay attention to detail, on time, professional, and clean my home spotless! When they leave I don’t want to touch anything! With our busy schedules we simply can’t do it ourselves, but Merry Maids is an amazing company! I can only describe my experience with three words, “OH MY GOODNESS “! After cleaning my home Sara even left me a beautiful card and candy for Valentines Day! It just doesn’t get better than that! I watched this ladies clean my home from top to bottom and they got down! My husband and I are extremely thankful for Merry Maids and this team Sara! We love them!

Emilia always does a wonderful job. Some of her replacements have not always been as thorough, but it's important to me to have a fill-in to clean the house when Emilia is unavailable.

I simply asked for a simple cleaning. Clean the stove, refrigerator, bathrooms and clean floors. After 2 hours my house looked the same as I did when I got the keys. It didn’t make it any better that the cleaners could not understand what I was saying. I was over charged and I am now up cleaning what I paid to have done. Will never use again or recommend.

I got a one time cleaning of my apartment, and the ladies did an excellent job. When you’re always on the go, it makes it very difficult to maintain like I’m used to keeping my place, and this cleaning helped tremendously!

BE AWARE OF EXTRA CHARGES! I was quoted that a deep cleaning for my house would take either 3 hours with one maid or 1.5 hours with two maids. They knew my square footage, number of beds/baths, and that I have a dog. They sent two maids, and one hour in I got a call that it would take an additional hour ($160) to finish my house. My options were either to pay the additional money or to have them leave having cleaned only half the house. I feel like I was scammed. Will not be using again.
