Prompt and courteous service, worth the expense, although not fluent in English, worked as expected, one person 2 hours, not quite as attentive to detail as I would like, but certainly did a fine job.

They do great work and are very transparent! Lieny has done an amazing job with the monthly cleans and I like how they move my random stuff out of the way to clean surfaces.

They did a wonderful job. The only down side was no one spoke English so it was hard to express priorities that I had for cleaning. They actually did more than I expected but required extra time to finish with my first priority. I will use them again.

My bestie gifted me a deep clean service, as I had just moved into a new house. They showed up very late and then rushed through the house. I was asked what did I want done given that they didn't have much time. I was so exhausted, i didnt check there work until they left. Whe. They were still in the house, I saw was a very clean shower door and i was happy. After they left, I realized they had not performed a deep clean at all. I had spider webs and so much dust in the blinds and under cabinets. The kit ken and bathroom floors were alson dusty and not clean. They were very pleasant, which is why I gave them two stars.

I paid for a deep clean worth $300 and did not receive a deep clean. Sure they dusted fans and lightly cleaned surfaces and polished appliances, but noticed they did not dust blinds, which I paid for they did not dust windowsills or shelves. I also paid for a baseboards to be cleaned and they were still dirty. I should have known they did half the job when they only spent 2 hours doing a deep clean in my 3 bed 2 bath home. It was very disappointing. I will not be using this company again.

Update: Had another team come out for no additional charge and the deep clean looks great! Thanks for making it right.

They have been my regular cleaners since last year. I am very happy with them. I want to give a big shoutout to Lucia. I have had my house cleaned for 34 years now, and Lucia does the best floor cleaning.

Overall everything was good, one toilet bowl didn't seem like it was scrubbed, but just wiped down. Also, items that were moved on counter tops, dressers, etc. weren't placed in the same spot.

Our house was decorated for Christmas and full of presents and clutter - and our team cleaned so thoroughly in spite of all of it and they did a tremendous job. They made an extra effort in every room and left us fun little surprises with our towels and blankets in bows etc. It was a treat to come home to such a clean and beautiful house despite leaving them a bit of a challenge. We so appreciated it!

UPDATE: I am updating my review because I was contacted by the owner shortly after making this review. We had a long conversation, because he actually wanted to get to the bottom of it all. What I did not expect was full accountability! We came to a resolution and I am happy with the outcome. More importantly, the lasting impression is I feel valued as a customer.

0/10 do NOT recommend!! Wasted $450 of my hard earned money!!! My experience was terrible! I had used them before in the past with a good experience but this time was bad. The cleaning was not good or what I paid for. The home was even vacant with not much in it and I paid for a deep clean. The kitchen was not cleaned well, countertops were dirty. The fridge wasn’t cleaned well. Window sills and baseboards were dirty in some areas. Some of the light fixtures were dirty and dusty. They sent the same team back to re clean and they were extremely late with no one calling to notify me just had me waiting! I had to leave the door code and leave so I was not present for the clean. It looked no different afterwards! When we moved in the floors were dirty and picking up dirt on the bottoms of our feet! The worst part is my light fixture in the kitchen was broken and they lied about it! I have photos of how it looked before they came and after!! I wasted nearly $450 to end up having to clean it myself while unpacking which is what i wanted to avoid! I have had many cleaners in the past but this was my worst experience! I requested a partial refund but they declined and only offered to come clean a THIRD time which was a waste of time!

Merry Maids had been fantastic helping me through my vast desire of needs. I have used them for deep cleaning to laundry service to regular rotation. I have my personal team that comes every week. She is thoughtful and works hard to do how I would clean. I appreciate Maria’s attention to detail as I am very particular. I think she is particular in her own work too. Even today she left me a little “boo” gift for Halloween. Very thoughtful and my kids LOVES it ♥️ we are so lucky to have Maria’s help.

I had the best experience with Merry Maids! The two ladies who cleaned my home were on time, fast, and extremely efficient. I was absolutely in love with the results. I couldn’t stop smiling after they finished. Everything looked amazing, smelled incredible, and most importantly… my home FELT good.

I usually clean my apartment myself, but I hadn’t had much time lately, and they truly outdid themselves. They went above and beyond in every way. They didn’t just clean, they restored my space and brought my paradise back to life.

The end result is amazing!! My house is immaculate!! Like brand new!! I would definitely use Merry Maids again. The young ladies that cleaned my house were hard working, efficient, and professional. They cleaned baseboards, doors, exterior of cabinets, dusted incl ceiling fans, cleaned the oven and inside the fridge, vaccuumed, cleaned all tile, bathrooms, etc etc. Two cleaners, about four hours, and less than $500. There were a few inconveniences so I gave them 4 stars. The cleaners did not speak English and I don’t speak Spanish so we had to communicate via them calling their supervisor. I was told they would arrive at 10am but they texted me at 10am that they were on their way and would arrive around 10:50am. When I made the appointment I was asked to provide a $50 deposit that would be applied to the total cost then my credit card was “pre-billed” on Christmas Day for $328. They cleaned my house on Saturday Dec 27th. Overall it was a good experience, they did a great job and I would hire them again

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jaiyme from Merry Maids. This is truly the best cleaning this house has ever seen — and that alone would deserve five stars.

Unfortunately, I found some parts they might forgot to clean when I arrived home (I went to pickup my girl). a coffee table in the TV room and the dining table, dirty and messy as before.
Overall, they were good but not excellent.

These ladies are amazing, above and beyond. I’ve used their services for over 2 years. Staff is friendly, efficient and thorough. They have even have helped me organize my home without me asking. So thoughtful, I can not say enough.

Where do I begin? I have been using cleaning services for decades. There’s Danna’s Cleaners and there’s everyone else. Sonia, and the people she hires, are all amazing. Everyone is so polite and professional. I wouldn’t have anyone else clean me home. When we moved, Sonia and her staff were there to help me in any and every capacity. When we flooded in Harvey, Sonia and her staff couldn’t do enough for me. Sonia even brought me the most amazing shrimp and pasta dish one day for dinner. I consider her a friend who helps me keep my house, neat, clean, and organized. She is the best. I couldn’t manage my life without her. Thank you, Sonia!
