We switched over from another service and I couldn’t be happier - easy to work with, exceptionally thorough, lovely staff, and a wonderful clean. AMAZING customer service, too. Our water went out one day due to neighborhood plumbing updates and they rescheduled mid-clean and came back the next working day, free of charge, to finish the job.

Ines did an exceptional job with completing a full detailed cleaning! I admire and appreciate her attention to detail and thoroughness! Thank you for doing a wonderful job!

First of all, your cleaning services far exceeded my expectations. Finally, a company that delivers on their promises to detail clean. Larissa was phenomenal. From her arrival to departure she remained professional but most of all took the time to detail clean every room and all other areas of my entire house. The bottom of my shower floor went from dingy white to "Bright White"! Customers, yes they really clean window seals, baseboards, and cobwebs. Again the service hands down exceeded the standard 5.0 customer rating. Again. I thank Larissa, You, and your company!

Just know their regular clean is like a deep clean so now please imagine what a deep clean from them look likes.
Woman that come in my home do not make too much noises.
I work from home so noises need to be limited and they do just that. They pay attention to details and come in with a smile and so ready to please. God bless this company. May your days be filled with love and laughter and continued growth.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with detailed cleansing. Anytime there are issues we can call and they are prompt in addressing the matter and take care of things seamlessly. Francis is our current tech and she is very detailed in her cleaning. Here is an example picture of vacuum lines on our kids nuggets. Love the attention to detail.

We’ve been using detail cleaning for over a year and love the work they do! As our family has transitioned, they have been flexible to reschedule cleaning services when requested. The techs are professional and leave our house smelling fresh each time. They also do a great job with pets in the home.

At first sight cleaning looked ok. The more I went around the home the more I found more and more areas missed. I got this cleaned Friday and even yesterday Sunday I kept finding areas. Dust was everywhere!

The office staff was good at scheduling, communicating. The 2 women who deep cleaned my home were very professional, very hard working, very, very meticulous. I have never been so happy with a cleaning service. My home is cleaner than it’s ever been!

Love this company, especially my girl Yocasta. She is amazing and always does a fabulous job. All the crew with Detail Cleaning are great, professional, thoughtful and pride themselves in detail cleaning. I will be a long time loyal customer, the best by far.

The cleaners did an amazing job and went above and beyond! Her attention to detail was amazing. She put little flower designs in the toilet paper rolls and Kleenex. She took out the trash and recycling in addition to doing all the normal stuff like vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, etc. Thank you so much!

I had a service scheduled today between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, which was confirmed via text message. Payment arrangements with my credit card securely stored through a link provided by the company.
On the day of the service, there was no communication at all. I waited nearly an hour past the scheduled start time and received no updates, notifications, or explanations. I attempted to reach out using the same text message thread previously used for confirmation, but received no response. I also called multiple times and either encountered a busy signal or was directed to voicemail, where I left a message. I have not heard back in any form.
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability. I chose this company in part because it is advertised as veteran-owned, and as a veteran myself, I expected a higher standard of reliability and communication. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met. I do not recommend this company.

Today I had a top-to-bottom clean as the first appointment in a biweekly series. I’ve had experience with many cleaning services over the years and would usually have to provide feedback, but with Detail Cleaning Services that was not the case. Today, I came home after a long day at work and was pleasantly surprised at how thorough of a job the two cleaners did for my two-story home. My biggest concerns were pet hair and dust particles, and they did a great job of tackling them in every nook and cranny. I feel very satisfied with their work and very happy with the communication baseline they’ve established that I’m looking forward to future cleanings.

Brittany C. did a fantastic job and I appreciate the small touches she did throughout the home! She was careful to ensure our pup didn’t go out as she was coming in and out, which we very much appreciated! We will definitely be utilizing her services for our “move out” clean!

Very happy with my first clean! Can’t wait to use them again — I signed up for reoccurring cleans! They paid attention to every detail. I have a large dog who is afraid of the vacuum, and they were so kind in cleaning with caution and even gave him a dog toy! Best housekeepers I’ve ever had!

Our second time using this service, and just as wonderful as the last. Our apartment is beautiful and filled with thoughtful touches and arrangements. Will absolutely be requesting these services again in the future.

We’ve used Sparkle Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times! The first visit, the owner came out along with Brandon, and they were fantastic. This time, Shay and Brandon were our team, and they were great - professional, friendly, and efficient!

They did an excellent job cleaning our windows, and their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything looks perfect and that we’re happy with the results.

This time we also had them pressure wash our decks and outdoor rugs to get ready for fall, and everything looks so fresh and clean.
