I’ll try to keep it short and sweet.
5/15/25 - Ingri reached out to schedule an appointment. Quoted $180. Told me I would inly be charged the $50 deposit, $130 after the cleaner was there. Time of arrival was between 3pm-4pm. I left work early to meet with the cleaner. Who never showed up. I was given the run around for 3 hours, and at around 7pm I had to leave. Told them to cancel everything. Checked my account and the full $180 was charged. Asked for a refund. Was told it would be sent to their billing department.

5/20/25 - Still have not received a refund. Reached out again. Was told it has been forwarded to the billing department.

I will never work with this company or even attempt to again. Unprofessional and just overall ridiculous way of handling business.

The team communicates well and over text which I love! They are promo and efficient. They make the beds so nice and the house smells so good when they are done. Very good price for the level of service!

Amazing service. The team arrived a few minutes before the end of the arrival window. They got to work. Made the bathroom so clean it was able to be eaten out of. They cleaned in detail the grout of the shower. The window seals. The blinds. Even the underside of the oven grates. They found a few items I had forgotten to pack. Well worth the cost for this move out cleaning service.

I do not recommend them. They scheduled me for 1:30pm then sent a message for delay 3pm then sent another message saying 3:30 and now its 4:30 and they cant make it. I wasted my time waiting for a crew to arrive end up having to clean myself and running short on time have a dinner to make it too. I called them 5-6 times in between and nobody answered. The amount of communication and unprofessionalism is not acceptable.

For several months I have been acquiring the service with trustworthy cleaning service especially with the leader Juliethe and has very well trained staff friendly and reliable super recommended

Trustworthy Cleaning Service does such a terrific job. The people are extremely friendly and trustworthy. After a beautiful cleaning, you feel like you're in a luxury hotel, as they even go the extra mile and create beautiful arrangements with your towels and paper. The extra detail just gives you a warm feeling, knowing you have trusted a company to give you such value and care.

I would like to share what services we got and how much it cost, but I didn't get any services, nor did I get a phone call and I wasted a day missing work. They were supposed to show up at 9am, and at noon, I called them. Said they would be there around 1. Finally I got a call from the owner and said they weren't going to make it by 1, could we do it at 3;30 or could we do it tomorrow. Scheduled for the next morning and once again, no call and no show. Somehow they had time to charge my credit card for the services I never received, Trustworthy? Maybe if they show up, but don't count on it. What a waste of my time.

The cleaning job was fine. However they were over an hour late. The other problem was that who you sent didn’t speak English which made communication difficult and was slow.

Trustworthy cleaning services does outstanding work. When they leave my home it looks, smells and feels so clean!

I hired this company with Luis on Saturday, 11/22/2025 for a deep cleaning and then every two weeks service to start. Luis booked me for Monday, 11/24/2025 at 0900. By noon, no one showed up or called. My husband called the business and was told that the team had a wreck and we would be rescheduled for 0900 today, 11/25/2025. AGAIN NO ONE SHOWED UP AND NO ONE CALLED. At 12:30 today I called to reach Ingri, who said someone from the team Customer Service would call me back. She did not have a name, number, or extension for this “team”. No phone call, and it’s 4pm. My credit card was already charged. My credit card company is immediately investigating FRAUD. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- this experience in only 72 hours has been ANYTHING BUT trustworthy. Hugely disappointing.

We had an exceptional experience with Trustworthy Cleaning Services! My husband is recovering from an accident, and we really needed help getting our home reset. The team was nice, professional, and incredibly thorough — they went above and beyond. Even days later, I’m still noticing how clean and fresh everything feels. It’s made such a huge difference for us. I’m so grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone needing a deep clean done right!
