Horrible. Robert or "Bob" gives low quality work. Avoid at all costs!

Workers were on time and went above and beyond what was agreed. I’ll definitely be contacting them for our commercial and residential properties. I don’t care how fast you drive, i care about how you work and the service you provide for our community

Appearance is everything these days!
Needed to have my business to look & feel clean and cared for. Was disappointed by former Undependable lawn men. What a refreshing experience to have a group of go getters, do what they say and do what they promised. Could not be more pleased. Contracted to have my home attended to also now. Do both well equipped 🚜, large area’s.
American owned , we really appreciated ,a bonus these day’s.

I called to get an estimate and was given a great price for all of the extras needed to replace dead plants. They showed up promptly and began to work immediately. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again.

I had an appointment with them this last Thursday for them to come and give me an estimate for some landscaping needs. They never showed up. I even called that morning to confirm our appointment and they didn’t reply. Still haven’t replied to this date. First impressions are important. After just dealing with contractors the last two weeks who didn’t show up on time or come when they were supposed to. I think I’m pretty much done with it. Going to hire a couple of guys do the landscaping myself. It will take me longer and will be a lot of work but just dont understand some peoples work ethics.

Very professional and of the ones who answered my request, they were the only ones who returned my calls in a timely manner and due to the urgency in needing landscaping completed like yesterday, showed up the same day, gave their estimate, and were hired on the spot. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and worked hard to complete the work in less than 2 days! I could not have been more satisfied, my yard is beautiful and the compliments we receive keep coming in. We put our house on the market and received a contract within 24 hours where the prospective buyers fell in love with our yard! I highly recommend this company and would gladly give recommendations that this is the company to hire for any landscaping needs! In my opinion they went above and beyond!!!! It's extremely rare to find such high quality of work ethics and integrity!

I called and spoke with Rachael to set an appointment and she was professional and listened to what I needed. Ben, the technician, was able to come first thing the next day and arrived at the time expected. He explained what needed to be done and got to work. Once he was finished, he took the time to explain how the sprinkler system worked. I truly appreciated everyone’s professionalism, honesty and commitment to their customers.

Very good experience interacting with Superlative Service and Rachel - replaced my sprinkler backflow preventer and installed a new isolation valve at a reasonable and fair price; Rachel has excellent communication skills and is quick to get back to you as the process unfolds

We have used Superlative Services for years - everything from drainage, sprinkler installation, landscape re-design, hardscape with stones, a new sturdy wood fence, etc. I don't think they do anything we haven't used them for at some point. I have been doing business with Superlative Services for fifteen years. Greg and his team have provided excellent irrigation and drainage for our yard when we have tried other drainage and watering systems that just didn't meet our needs or were absurdly expensive. Recently we were having difficulty with too much shade in our yard from a very large oak tree. Greg was able to have his crew trim the oak that reduced the shade and provided enough sunlight to renew the lawn and save the oak tree. If we have irrigation, drainage or landscaping needs, we use the Superlative Service Team. I know we can count on them to do the job right and at a fair price. Brian S.
