Customer service needs improvement

Went in today to get work gloves. I asked the lady in the men's clothing department where about they may be? She wouldn't even speak to me, just pointed in the direction they were in. I could see them in the distance so I told her thank you, to which her reply was..... yep you guessed it she didn't say a thing. So much for common courtesy.

Electronics employees racially profile & make you buy when you’re looking around very unprofessional especially the African American cashier with glasses , felt very racially profiled when I was looking around for a device the store wasn’t even carrying

The entire staff has been such a wonderful experience to work with. I personally had two gentleman help corner a duck that had a fishing lure stuck in its beak and removed it. I called the county sheriff to find assistance for removing the lure only to find I was given the complete run around. These gentleman that assisted had no obligations to this situation, but were more than willing to help. THANK YOU so very much for your service and humanity with this situation. I wish more people were as willing to show such acts of selfishness.

I recently had some renovations done to my commercial property, and GT Corporations LLC were able to take care of all my renovation needs. From office remodeling, concrete work, outside fencing, and they also took care of our landscaping needs! This is a one-stop shop and the owner named German was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the scope of work that was performed during this all out building renovation. If you need any construction or landscaping needs for your home or business, GT Is a great company to hire. From their customer service to the end product, GT was a pleasure to work with and at take the customers ideas and opinions and make them a reality. Called them out to do my French drains that was a bad idea. Charges me 3k to make it worse the drains are above the ground in bad places and had to call them few times because was draining because it was burmping.
They didn't even want to test it until I made them.
Flooded few times since water doesn't move well even when no water on street.
Ground is messed up promised me things they didn't keep word on. I might as well pulled money out of my wallet and put it on fire do not recommend.
they came back out gave me a lot of attitude but will only change it two bc they did fix it way i asked where they said it was wrong but worked when it was done that way.

Have always been prompt to take care of my needs for my clients. Worj always performed in a tidy, timely, professional manner and goid army communicating the needs and repairs.
