Horrible customer service. I called for some pricing information and the woman that answered the phone was very short and rude. Did not seem to want to help at all. I was told that she would "check with the guys" on something and would then call back. Never received a call back. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Horrible Customer Service and quality of the product,So I bought about 5 pallets of grass and most was good but as I was coming to the end of the job to the last 2 pallets, the grass on top was fine but towards the middle and end of them the grass was falling apart and was just bad. I called in the same day and granted was close to closing time but the person who answered was very short and just did not want to hear about the issue I was having, and said for any sort of refund they would have to take a look at it since they don't provide any warranty for it but you would think it was the same day it's not like I waited a week to say anything. And since they were closing soon I didn't have time to go for them to look at it. So I went the next day first thing in the morning and the guy who was there said that he does not provide refunds and wouldn't even take a look at the grass and said that we would have a problem if I stayed there and basically asked me to leave, no care whatsoever about the customer. I have bought from them in the past and I have had times where there was about 10 pieces that were yellow grass but since it was a few pieces and not a total amounting to an entire pallet of bad grass I didn't say anything. Never doing business with them again. And from what I heard from an employee that I was able to speak to, said this isn't the first time and that it happens quite often. So a word to the wise, don't shop here if you are looking for a quality product cause that's not even close to what they sell.

This is one of the better places to get sod from in the northern area of 288. Never seen them out of st Augustin and when I order Bermuda it's usually there within 2 days

Wish I could give a negative star review. Absolute worst customer service. I called about 40 minutes before closing time on A Monday and all but begged them to stay open until 5:01pm. I only needed about small amount of grass and I explained that I would load it myself, I just needed it asap. Tried calling multiple times as I got closer, no answer. Pulled in the driveway to a closed gate at 5:02pm to see about 25 pallets of grass through the fence. There's a reason why they're fully stocked and every other place is sold out.

Went to Higgins to try to buy grass the guy at the office start yelling like a maniac saying he will not sale any grass because I’m not a regular
Mind you he had over 18 pallets of sod sitting in the yard. Very arrogant kept telling me on how others buy thousands from him and he only sales to regulars. Please don’t go hear to buy grass if you are not a regular they will yell at you and turn you away. Never have I experienced such a bad treatment from trying to buy a product. Don’t buy grass here unless you want to get yelled at and given bad looks for not being a regular. I will be reporting this behavior to the BBB this was unacceptable behavior.

Bad grass. Bad customer service. Service rep refused to allow me to select pallets I wanted only selling what’s up front. Grass purchased died less than month after installation even after daily watering continuously.

Natural Wonders did a fantastic job on landscaping my front and side flower beds. Miguel listened to what I wanted, and added a few of his ideas and everything turned out great. He made corrections to my irrigation system to ensure all plants receive enough water. He even added lights to my front beds. I love that my beds are full and I don't have to wait years for the foliage to grow and fill the beds. Miguel was very professional and a pleasure to work with.
