L3 Design designed and constructed an outdoor kitchen for us. Lauren and Mike were wonderful to work with. They were responsive to our requests and spent the time necessary to make sure we got the outdoor kitchen that best fit our space. They made changes during the project, and communicated with us each step of the way. They built us the perfect outdoor kitchen! We would highly recommend L3 for any design projects.

The work these guys do is the best I've seen. They are quick to respond and have multiple landscaping crews to come out and do any type garden design and landscape maintenance you need. Call them, they are the great.

Can't say enough good things about working with Lauren and her crew. Excellent ideas, great execution, very friendly. L3 built a great looking 9' horizontal fence, 2 travertine decks exactly how I wanted, and installed lovely ornamental plants, artificial turf, and sod. Really gracious in working with our pool company as the pool was being installed simultaneously. Roy in particular was so accommodating of them and helpful to me. Honestly I hardly recognize my back yard it is so lovely! I very highly recommend L3 for any landscaping project!

We hired L3 to design a shade solution for our backyard and could not be happier. We felt a sense of team with Lauren and her staff throughout the project, which made the design process and labor easy and resulted in a fantastic finished product. We would definitely work with them again.

I loved the solution they designed to drain water from my backyard so my garage would not flood. The black rock looks great, very neat. It will be easy to keep clean and keep the drains free of debris. I wasn’t quite satisfied with the pop up but they are coming back to address that. I think it will look great and be easy for the yard guy to keep clean. All the staff have been super friendly and will to go the extra mile.

L3 Design has been our landscaper since we moved to Houston 6 1/2 years ago. They show up at our house every Friday morning to mow, trim and make sure our yard looks great. The guys are very good and take pride in their work. When we need mulching, flowers or anything extra done, L3 Design shows up and gets the work done efficiently and without reminders. We love working with Lauren and the whole crew that keeps her company running. I would HIGHLY recommend L3 Design for any landscaping project and weekly maintenance.

Absolutely terrible communication. I’ve scheduled their team on site to review my backyard in Mid April. In Mid May, I’ve reached out to see if there has been a proposal ready for review. I have followed continuously since then. It is nearly July, and today, Preanka told me that she thought Robert has already reached out. Absolutely terrible communication.

L3 has serviced and maintained our yard once a week for the past 12 years. The crews are very attentive to detail when trimming and edging the property. They work in a timely and efficient manner and will always complete an extra task when requested. They are a pleasure to work with!

You should see the work they do. It's amazing. Their crews are on time and friendly. Jonathan is great to work with. Anything I've asked of them big and small they are right on it. Lauren is the owner and she is also pleasant to work with.

My back yard was a blank canvass and I am very happy with how the landscaping has turned out. Lauren (the owner) listened to me as I explained what I wanted and then she made some suggestions on what would work best due to sun exposure, drainage, etc... I'm very excited about the patio, plants, grass and lights that they provided. They also worked with my existing watering system.

The crew was on time, picked up after themselves every day, courteous and communicated well. I even asked for a couple of adjustments and Lauren worked with me to make sure I was satisfied.

At first it was great working with Lauren after the Derecho storm. Our schedules were conflicting but it all worked out.
Then communication broke down FAST!
We were ready to start our project for lawn replacement and bed clean up after her quote, but after countless texts to Lauren I realized she ghosted us. I trusted this company, and I am recommending that you do not.

L3 Design to the rescue!! After the recent storm, I (and several neighbors) have been using L3 for clean up. Including tree and stump removal, irrigation system issues and fence issues to name a few. The team is awesome and they provide ongoing communication about the work. The prices are reasonable and they take pride in their work. Lauren works closely with the team and communicates updates regularly. I plan to use them for some landscaping after the clean up is complete.

I had a great experience with L3, which included some small landscaping improvements (sod, sprinkler repair, and tree replacements). I wasn’t sure if they would be able to scale to a project this small, but Ross made it clear they work on projects of all sizes. He had a quote for me within 2 days of my phone call and the entire project complete in a week. Very happy with the service, communication, and execution. L3 would be my first call to help with my next project.

L3Designs was wonderful! They showed up on time and installed a full sprinkler system in my front and back yards that has performed perfectly. The L3Designs employees were very courteous and professional. I will not hesitate to use L3Designs again for any of my hardscape or landscape needs, whether they entail installing a pool or outdoor kitchen. I highly recommend!

Lauren and her team were a dream to work with. They took my simple design and elevated it! Throughout the entire process the communication was timely and they were proactive in communicating all updates on the project.

L3 Design came out to trim our trees to get more sunlight on our lawn and spread compost top-dressing. The 2-man crew came out and did a great job. They asked for our feedback while they were there a trimmed a few more that we pointed out. FYI: the crew chief had been with L3 for 17 years! So he was a pro!
