I called Gomez Trees out to give me an estimate on removing what I would call an "extremely difficult tree location ."
The tree was located between my home and my neighbors home . To be honest the tree was way to close to both homes for my total comfort !
I did not just want the tree removed, I wanted it done safely for Gomez crew and without damage to the property of my neighbor or myself .

Mr. Gomez came out quickly to gave me a verbal bid .
The office emailed me a copy of their insurance and an electronic proposal to accept the bid , I accepted the bid and we were scheduled quickly.
The crew showed up on time, worked cautiously to make sure everything was a done safely( safety harnesses ) and left the yard clean .
Would 100 % use again !!

We needed our tree trimmed because it was hitting our neighbor's siding. Gomez Trees & landscaping responded with incredible speed and urgency, getting the job done fast and efficiently.

This company did an excellent job removing two very large trees (and a medium sized tree) from my property! This company amazed me. Careful removal, very agreeable and attentive to your needs, just all around great work. They took 8 very mature oak trees down. Cut the wood and stacked it for me and left the mulch. Raked the small debris and cleaned everything up perfectly. I will be recommending this company to all my friends.

We have called Gomez Trees and Landscaping twice and they are professional, efficient, highly skilled and work at a reasonable price. The first time in March when they trimmed our oak trees protecting our flower bed underneath then. The second time early in May when they improved our yard and protected our house foundation. They connected rain spouts to a drainage system that they installed, built retaining walls, relocated our fence, planted new grass and some bushes, installed bullrock etc. They did a good job. Highly recommended!

Fantastic company! They did amazing work! They were out here first thing in the morning and tackled our massive job with ease! All the workers were super professional and nice! Great price when they came to give us our free estimate they worked with us on a time convenient with us which was amazing since no one gets home til after 5. Eduardo answered all our questions with patience. We even added on trees day of and he was happy to accommodate. Honestly I’m weary about reviews but this company is amazing! If you’re unsure at least give them a call and get an estimate! Best prices and great company!

I recently had Gomez Trees & Landscaping replace a tree in my front yard after a storm took down my old one, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, the experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free.

When I called to inquire about this service, Eduardo came to my home and was knowledgeable and friendly, answering all my questions and providing a clear outline of the process and costs involved. He gave excellent recommendations on the type of tree that would thrive best in my yard, including the size for best growth in this area.

On the day of the installation, the crew was punctual and well-prepared. They worked efficiently, removing the remnants of the old tree stump and preparing the ground for the new one. They were working in a storm yet the planting process was smooth, and they took great care to ensure the new tree was planted correctly, with proper support. They also took the time to clean up all the old tree branches, stumps and saw dust, leaving my yard looking great! Eduardo had me do a final look and approval, then provided detailed aftercare instructions.

I have used this company in the past and will continue to use them for any future landscaping needs! I highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with the prompt service and professional team that did an excellent job of seriously trimming my Water Oak tree in a very efficient and timely manner. Not often do you have a service that comes on time, is absolutely straightforward with communication and focused on customer satisfaction as they did the trim work to my detailed specifications. I cannot ask for more…. That’s the way a business builds its positive reputation!

They came highly recommended by a dear friend…I had 2 trees…one close to the house, a large ash tree they cut it into firewood and stacked for me…and a pine tree close to a power pole…they cut it at the ground and laid it on my driveway between the power pole and my huge oak tree!!!
Antonio the job supervisor went above and beyond for me and made my day!! They cleaned up and left nothing behind.

The Gomez Team, led by Eduardo, was extremely professional. They did their landscaping work carefully and completely. They finished ahead of schedule and the price was extremely reasonable.
We started with a plan but as things were discovered, they were creative in offering optional solutions.
Finally, they didn’t consider the job completed until they were sure I understood how the new sprinkler system functioned.
I will use them again next year.

The day before, I noticed a massive crack along the whole side of the tree, and it honestly scared me. I found Gomez on a neighborhood app and, after calling several companies, decided to go with them. Best decision. They removed a 40-foot tree the same day and did great work—everything was neatly stacked and cleaned up.

Great job by Eduardo Gomez he helped remove a dead water oak that was damaged 2 years ago. Excellent service i highly recommend calling them best decision you will make.

Gomez Tree & Landscaping just completed a major multi-part project to make my backyard in Sharpstown safe and secure for me and my beloved dogs — two Huskies and a hound who are prodigious diggers.

The most ambitious and genuinely innovative part of the project was to secure the backyard so that my dogs could no longer dig beneath my recently-installed chain link fence. Eduardo Gomez custom-tailored a comprehensive plan to trench along the fence perimeter to install 2-foot rigid root barriers, each piece of which was secured to the bottom of the chain link by bolts and nuts to a much smaller sleeve, cut from the same rigid material, on the opposite side. The finished barrier should last decades, and after a few ambitious attempts, my dogs have given up on trying to dig beneath it.

To solve the perpetual drainage problem that caused a mudpit in my sideyard, Gomez Tree & Landscaping also designed and installed a limestone rock bed with embedded 2-foot square footpads.

And finally, crew supervisor Antonio recommended and supervised removal of two trees and trimming of a number of large branches from other backyard trees, protecting my own and a neighbor's roofs from the damage that would result if those limbs had fallen during an upcoming hurricane season.

There was no upselling or upcharging, and the final cost exactly matched the written estimates. The work was done quickly but very safely, by workers who were obviously experienced with excellent teamwork.

None of this was cheap, but it was all done efficiently and professionally. I'm well pleased with the result.

We had a wonderful experience with Eduardo and Gerardo of Gomez Trees & Landscaping Corp. They provided a free estimate and came right on time to do the tree removal and trimming the very next day. They were very professional and courteous. They completed the work exactly the way we wanted it. The price for the work was very reasonable. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent work at a reasonable price.

Update: Eduardo reached out and has offered to replace the offer vitex shrub soon, so I have updated this review.

We were initially very pleased with the landscaping work and service provided by Eduardo and team. He was very prompt and initially had great communication. The work we had completed included front yard bed cleanouts/planting, turf installation, hardscaping, and sprinkler repair. There were a few plants that looked very stressed and weren't doing well during the first 2 weeks after planting - Eduardo initially replaced the plants we requested (a total of 3), but we had 2 vitex shrubs planted in the front yard near the street - he would only agree to replace one of the shrubs and wanted to charge $350 to replace the other! Now we are left with shrubs that don't match and it looks awful from a curb appeal perspective. Would love to give Gomez 5 stars, but as we spent a little over $15K for the job we expected much better curb appeal than this.

I had a large Water oak that required cutting down and a red oak that needed Trimming. After receiving multiple quotes, I decided to go with Gomez. They were competitive but more than anything they were honest upfront and gave me all possible options . They operate with integrity and truly looked out for me. Eduardo and his team were outstanding efficient and hard working. The work they did was truly fantastic. I’m so grateful to have worked with this company. I only wish I had more trees for them to work on!!

Fantastic service! Professional, friendly and excellent value. Eduardo & his team laid sod, (I think total was almost 20 pallets-no small task), created a pathway, mulched existing trees & planted 2 magnolia saplings in 2 days. Excellent service! The receptionist was kind and communicated well. Eduardo drove a long way across Houston to cut down a tree in my yard that was on its way to fall on a house! He came late on a Friday, after his hours, because he knew it was an emergency. His crew were fast and thorough. I couldn’t be at home when they were there so he kept me updated every step of the way. They finished the job even with a storm rolling in.
