We had a problem with standing water in the alley and back yard that we needed help with removal. We contacted Frankie's Landscaping, he came by and evaluated the situation and presented a reasonable solution with a fair price to resolve the problem, he installed a drain to remove the water. Also he was very kind and pleasant, it was easy to communicate with him. The work was done in a timely manner with no problems. We are pleased with the results and glad we contacted Frankie to do the job. We would recommend him to anyone who needs this type of work done.

Horrible experience. Everything died within 1 month after paying $6000 for Sandy Leaf plants he recommended for my patio. Biggest waste of money I ever spent. They offered to replace plants with something cheaper for another $2800 but I’m tapped out of money at this point. I learned an expensive lesson on placing my trust with this landscaper.

He is very professional and followed through on every aspect of the project with great attention to detail and timely completion. His team is hard working, efficient, and polite. The project turned out far better than I hoped. Frankie made great recommendations and helped us think through the design. He did a first class job and I can’t express how refreshing it was to work with such a nice guy. He has my full and complete endorsement.

I had them build French drain at my house. Good professional crew of about 5-6 men did the job in about 7 hours, put 8 catch basins, an L shaped lay out of pipe run on the property, with a 4 inch PVC pipe and ran the drain from backyard to the front. Tested the system after install with a garden hose and it works beautifully. I would recommend Frankie and his crew. System will be tested when it rains more than an inch in single storm, and I hope to see no more puddles and mosquito resorts in my backyard.

Frankie had confirmed he would come on Friday between 9 AM and 10 AM, but unfortunately, he didn’t show up or follow up after that. Since the service wasn’t provided, I’m deducting stars for this experience. I’ll be glad to update my review in the future if I get the chance to use his service.

I called Frankie and schedule an estimate for a complete change over in my front entrance. Frankie came on a Sunday morning and immediately schedule me. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything detail by detail (something most of other guys don’t do). The rain did not stop Frankie and his team to complete the job! We are extremely happy and content with the PROFESSIONALISM & QUALITY!! If you are looking to transform your front or back yard, Frankie is the man to call!! This is the third job that Frankie has done for me and did another great landscape project. He was on time and his team worked well together to replace bushes in the front yard that I lost in the freeze.
Also mulched all 3 of my islands and they are ready for spring.
I also had them replace my patio stones in the middle of the backyard and build me a new fire pit. All this was done within budget and they cleaned the area better than before. Frankie's Landscape is a company that you can trust and not only a good price but also they take pride in what they do and do it the way you want it done..

Frankie did a great job and helped to get a project done before a deadline. Installed a French drain, regraded the backyard, trimmed big trees, mulch bushes and even helped Hall some trash getting a lot of work Done to get Home ready for sale. Would definitely recommend.
