A most say I’ve used a lot of movers before,so I know. The leader very knowledgeable,knows how to put things together. They cover everything. They are very professional. I was impressed.

They tore my Bose speakers and since moving my furniture they keep passing me around ex employees who quit on them since I called them days after. The statute of limitations has yet to pass.

Great service from these friendly group of people. It was very easy to set up an appointment they’re less expensive so I didn’t break my wallet. They were very professional and efficient with time. Will definitely come back to them next time I move.

I was very happy with my mover team. I had several heavy items that had to go from 3rd floor to 3rd floor in the same complex. Adequately priced as well.

These movers not only hustled but they wrapped our furniture.. they were so very careful. They were right on time, so polite and worked incredibly hard the entire day!!
It was a hard move, upstairs in our house.. plus we got everything out of storage. They beat all the prices and came with 3 men.

Amazing experience! These guys worked swiftly and efficiently!! They were careful with our possessions as if they were their own. Even though they were being paid by the hour, they didn’t waste any time getting the job done. I will definitely be using them again!!

We needed a moving company to help us move our son from Houston to College Station Tx. We called on short notice and explained that we were in a little bit of a bind and needed the help. Anna told us they were fully booked, but that they would be there sometime after 3pm on Friday. After working all day the guys showed up just like we were promised. They were very professional. They wrapped each piece of furniture before loading it. Left HTown and made our way to CSTAT. They took great care of the furniture and great pride in there work. Aurelio and crew are absolutely the best in the business. Thanks for everything

Really solid movers. Aurelio and his crew were the best movers we had ever had. Incredible prices; they wrapped/covered EVERYTHING. The move isn’t even done yet and I’m writing this review just because they crew is worth what they charge and more, stellar !!

I put in a request for online quotes and was contacted by several area moving companies. Medrano Movers provided the best balance of a price which beat most of the competition and also had consistently strong reviews online. I don't want to drag on and make this boring, so I'll give a quick one line summary and the highlights: Hiring Medrano Movers is hands down one of the best decisions I've made in my life:

*Extremely responsive with questions prior to booking
*Straight forward with their cost, zero hidden fees or nonsense
*Punctual
*Extremely quick and hard working (packed our 3 bedroom/2 bath house, transported to the new house, and unloaded in 7 hours flat -- including a quick stop for pizza we had waiting at the new house
*Took exceptional care for our furniture, pads and wrapping for all the important stuff
*Logistical studs, I've never seen a truck so well packed, they maximized the space in the truck and properly secured everything, not one item was damaged during loading, transport, or unloading.

I would hire these guys 100 times out of 100 for future moving needs.

I hired Medrano movers for my mom and we truly had the best possible experience. The group that came over was fast and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs movers, so if you’re looking, look no further!

We used these movers for my mom& I to move all of stuff out of storage that was from a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, it was quite a bit of stuff..they was fast&very efficient, I was Amazed at how well they handled everything from wrapping&Packing stuff that was loose, they made Sure they Secured all of Our belongings..Thanks goes out to Anthony, Sergio& Chiago for such a Great Job! Thanks again guys! Ya'll were Terrific!

Do not waste your time on this incompetent company! If "no rating/stars" were an option, they would get exactly that!

On 2/15/23, I hired this company to move a king size bed & stand along w/10-12 boxes. The price was reasonable considering I was moving the items to a friend's house within the same zip code for temporary storage since I was moving to Frisco, TX on 3/29/23. Good thing I hired Iron Back Movers for my long distance needs!!! THEY ARE EXCELLENT!!!

On the day of the move that Medrano Movers were hired on 2/15, I had seen the legs of my bed stand (which folds) secured to the stand. It wasn't until I moved to Frisco, TX on 3/29 that it was discovered that the legs "disappeared!"

When I called Medrano Movers & spoke to Ana, she recalled that some legs had been found but they could not remember the Client's name, phone number nor address associated w/the move. 1st red flag that their documentation procedure is less than desirable! Ana said she would call back & never did, I had to call her!!! Don't say you're going to do something & not back it up, especially when running a business!

Next, when I spoke to the "lead" (funny name that starts with an O or A), I explained to him that the legs needed to be overnighted to me seeing as I moved that day & had to fly out 1st thing on Saturday (4/1). He said no, that the legs would be delivered back to address where the bed was delivered! What part of " that address is no longer occupied, I need my legs" did he NOT understand? I then told him I would give an honest & unfavorable aka "nasty" review & he said, "write whatever you want!" So guess what?!? I took his advice, however this is an honest account of events!

It's pathetic that he would rather sabotage his company & reputation instead of doing what was right by the customer! He didn't want to waste money on shipping charges on something that was their fault, but is willing to lose potential business?!?Doesn't make sense to me!

With all that said, he called back the evening of 3/29 & said the legs would be delivered & I told him I would contact my former neighbor to pick them up. Guess what? That was not done! Once again, I was told by this company they would do something & didn't back up their word! He said he had a late job & I told him a text would've been helpful notifying me of this (this company fails miserably at common courtesy & communication!!! They clearly don't care about outstanding client services/relationships!!! HARD PASS ON THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A MOVING COMPANY!!!
