I called The Junk Ladie for some junk removal in my garage! The owner Ms. Nicole quoted me a reasonable price. The crew was very courteous and respectful. I will definitely be using their services in the near future!

She provides an excellent, very responsive and much needed service. Her team cleared out a demo that was about a half load in less than an hour. Definitely service with a smile and respect. I would use her service again and would refer anyone I know. Thank you again for the quick response!

I definitely recommend Nicole and her crew. My company has been using their services for over a year and 100% satisfied. Every time you call you will get Nicole on the other end and she works around your schedule. So if you need your junk removed give her a call.

Nikki did an amazing job of organizing my garage, moving stuff to my shed and hauling things away. Everything she did was extremely thoughtful (she explained why she moved certain things to certain places). I LOVED her work. Also - the value she provides is terrific. I insisted on paying her more than what she quoted because the quality of her work and diligence was so excellent. I am extremely tough to please (just ask my wife) but Nikki killed it!!

This was the best junk removal company I've ever worked with. Showed up same day I called to inquire about removing the junk. The communication and prompt service cannot be beat. The workers were very professional and the prices were well under market. I'm so glad to have found this group. I went online yesterday looking for help with old refrigerator removal and submitted my info with ImproveNet. In less than 2 minutes I received a call from Nicole and today my old refrigerator is gone!! I am one very happy customer. The gentlemen she sent were awesome. Nicole is the best at getting rid of your junk at a reasonable price. I only had a week in town to clean up a rental property and she responded right away, was able to come out pretty quickly, and she and her crew provided smart solutions. I highly recommend them!

Nicole is good to work with, very helpful in first contact, she told me to send her the pictures of what needs to be done, gave me the price of the service (which is incorrectly priced, not her fault because there were more than we anticipated). Her crew was efficient and easy to talk to, her bill is not cheap but I felt happy in paying because it was a nice job done. The best is they clean the place neat and tidy after finished.👍

First of all they were scheduled to arrive at 10 am. Didn’t make it until about 3pm. They took the big item that was requested but in the process asked to rip off my gate and then left it behind. They also ripped off the siding on my house and didn’t say anything when it happened or when they left. 1000% do not recommend. They also provided an invoice with one amount then requested extra money for “taxes” that did not appear on the invoice. Stay away from this service provider. I also had to provide tools for them to “complete” the job.

I called Nicole at 2PM and her and her brother were at my house by 3:30PM. Some of the best service I’ve experienced in a long time! And fair pricing! Would recommend again and again.
