We had a 100+year old pecan tree removed that was situated between our house and our neighbors. Valerio came by the same day I called for a inspection/quote and provided his expert opinion on how to to safely and efficiently remove. He worked with our schedule and provided a quick turnaround to have it removed. It only took one day to complete with the assistance of a crane. His employees are experienced and you can tell. Bonded and insurance means they are focused on accountability. Do it right the first time! Communication, quality and safety is well defined within this company.

I do not recommend this company. Rescheduled with an hour . 5 times Rescheduled in 1 one week.

They did a professional job! They were reliable, punctual, & clearly communicated the scope of work. They did a clean job. Weeks later, I am still happy with the end product.

These are the guys to go to when you need a repair. They are honest, upfront, and explain what needs to occur to get your pool back up and running. Also, they are super friendly. Give them call. You won’t regret it.

Dennis and Caleb were awesome. My pump motor failed and Dennis came to check it the very next day. These guys are efficient and friendly. Pump motor was replaced a couple of days later. I would highly recommend them.

They did a great job! They explained the problem, showed me what parts were bad and even compared the new parts when I asked them. They are honest and reasonably priced. Got my system up and running quickly. I had them come back and add a new pool/spa heater and an auto chlorinator, they were in and out very quickly and everything was neat and clean. I trust these guys with my pool. Thank you guys!!!

Dennis answered the phone on the first ring when I called about a pump problem, and he and Caleb came out the same day to diagnose the issue. They were back the next morning with the parts to perform the repairs as promised. Based on this experience, we also hired them to take over our weekly pool maintenance, which has been fantastic. They are knowledgeable, professional, effective, and the price is very reasonable for the level of service provided. They even put up with all of my annoying chemistry questions. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are a life saver when you have more to do than time (or expertise) to do it. They've taken on simple things like stocking my kitchen with groceries so I could have a home cooked meal when I got back from a week-long vacation and messier jobs like painting two accent walls in my home. If you've got too many tasks on your plate, using theses guys will make your life just a little easier.

I’ve had a very bad experience with just trying to schedule to receive service.
They advertise that their service is to make life easier but out of the “handy man” services - this is the most difficult process just to get a something scheduled!!!

1- I spoke with a live person Tuesday morning, provided details. I thought the details were enough as he said I’d get a quote via email. Then received an email 8 hours lately asking for more details to provide a quote. Shouldn’t the live person taking my request know the details the company needs in order to provide a quote?

2-timing - it took a long time for them to get back to me. I called Tuesday morning. Received several “auto-generated” emails from them. Finally received an email at 6pm that evening from a live person asking for more details. I missed that email because I thought it was another auto generated email. I realized my mistake and emailed back Thursday morning with the details they requested. It’s saturday morning and nobody has gotten back to me.

Is it just me? Or is this just way to much back and forth??? Other times, I’ve called a handy man and things get settled on one call. With this place be prepared for a lot of back and forth and getting a lot of SPAM in your inbox too.

Jason and The House Manager did an excellent job on my projects. The workers were prompt, efficient, the work well done and the cost reasonable.

This company has been nothing short of completely professional and provide amazing customer service! I had made a handyman appointment just prior to the ice storm, and they were kind enough to call the day after the first night's freeze (when our pipes froze), to let me know that he would be delayed. As we spoke, I mentioned that we were lacking water due to the freeze, and they asked me on the spot if we needed a plumber. I said I wasn't sure, so I was put on the waiting list, just in case. What a SAVE!! Turns out, my pipe had burst outside, requiring a replacement after 5 days of no water. I had the plumber on the first day they could work, so we were spared any additional wait. All my subsequent appointments have been equally effective and professional. Their contractors have been competent, reasonable and amiable. I will never look for my own contractor again!

We just joined with the monthly subscription and had a wonderful experience with our monthly handyman, Nate - he is very kind and efficient, and was even happy to teach my kids who were very curious about the work he was doing. Great experience and looking forward to what we accomplish with Nate next month.

Amazing service and exceptional team. I highly recommend for the jobs/tasks/honey-do items that will take you more time to figure out than the job itself! Cat and Jason are phenomenal and wonderful to work with! I will use them again!

I’ve been using the house manager for a few years now and am glad they’re there to help out with tasks at home. I’m rarely home, so it’s nice to have someone coordinating house tasks for me. Definitely recommended for busy people:)
