I went through the sign up process. I then called the company to discuss remodeling a bathroom. The customer service rep told me that I had to agree to pay them a membership fee of $195 per month for a year before they could give me a price on the remodel. This seemed odd so I asked her to restate the requirement just to be sure I understood her. Yup, they wanted me to pay them approx $2000 to get a price for the remodel. Either this is a scam or they need to retrain their reps.

So happy I found Goodsmith! Home repairs and maintenance are no longer stressful. Every Goodsmith employee is prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.

A great app that is super convenient and got the job done

Goodsmith gave a fair price to fix a small leak I had. The technician brought everything that was needed to fix the issue and got it done fast.

Incredible service and team. App makes it easy to upload a photo and they can take care of urgent or small items.

There are always things that need to get done around the house and they take care of it and get it right the first time.

They offer a wide variety of services and will work on find some of the more obscure services so you don’t need to. I have personally used their plumbing, electrical, gutter cleaning, painting, and pressure washing services. You will have a quote to review before you have to commit to anything. Excellent service.

Goodsmith is a wonderful home maintenance and more company. They are reliable, professional and very capable of completing just about any task I’ve requested. I highly recommend Goodsmith.

Goodsmith has been great, as much for the Quarterly Service as for having a one-stop shop for all my needs for home maintenance! It's been great to have someone to call when I need something fixed, built or maintained.

We have really appreciated having Goodsmith be able to serve as our local home services company. This is helpful throughout the entire year, but even more so when we are out of town for long stretches of time. It is good to know they are one call/request away if we have a problem when we are not home.

Nothing but helpful. Positive things to say about them across the board. For years we struggled with finding home service providers for this or that, and with Goodsmith it takes so much stress out of the decision-making. We love the service and would recommend it to anyone who has frequent things to tend to, isn't a DIYer, and just needs someone to help them along.

Goodsmith is a great concept, but poorly executed. Unfortunately after 9 months we have decided to terminate our service with Goodsmith. We were continually disappointed with the 3rd party/middle man role they played that ended up causing extra time and limited to no benefit. On a quarterly basis they just were not providing services that were necessary and/or needed. Difficult to get them to pin down expectations per visit. Likely will go to a direct provider from now on vs. the round about way.

Awesome organization. Services and team are fantastic. Great customer service. Huge time saver to streamline home maintenance and projects with experts. Recently the Goodsmith team went above and beyond to help my mother-in-law with an electrical and A/C issue while my husband and I were out of town—very grateful.

Great service - so easy to schedule service through the app and fast response. We needed curtains hung and miscellaneous handyman tasks. Excellent work, right on time and so easy to schedule and close out!

I've been a member for about 2 years now. Our home was built in 1956 and there are constantly little problems popping up. I've personally used the plumber, electrician, painter, gutter cleaners, and handy people. Everyone has done meticulous work and they always leave the space they worked in extremely clean. I used to spend so much time reading reviews and calling around when we needed something repaired, now I know that when we go through goodsmith I can count on the work to be done correctly and on time.

We are new to Goodsmith and have been so impressed so far ! A few weeks in we had quarterly service , tiles fixed , and electrical work done …all that was so easy to schedule through the app. There’s no “window” they just show up at the exact time they say. It’s been amazing and the work has been efficient and well executed.

I started working with Goodsmith-Home Care nearly a year ago. I recall when the business opened and how excited I was for this becoming an option. Since becoming a member, not only has Goodsmith supported numerous Home Care projects but a Construction project was also completed. The level of communication from the Goodsmith team and the intentional ingenuity demonstrated has been stellar. My house is a 1950s home and I have worked with their team to address big and little projects - it has been incredible and stress free.

I appreciate the assistance & knowledge from Goodsmith technicians. The company is constantly evaluating the services it offers its members & have adjusted its membership over time to give members more options to choose from. Having one place to call for different trades takes a lot of stress off homeowners but I’ve found the greatest benefit from their in house technicians.

We had an excellent experience with Goodsmith re: power washing. Their team was punctional , very professional and did a superb job. We were very pleased with the results.
