I love this company! They are friendly, punctual, and they did an AMAZING job! We were delayed with closing on our new home and had to push the cleaning dates and times back a few times and they were very accommodating and understanding! Not only did they come to clean out new home before we moved in but they also did the deep clean at our old place as well. Spectacular work and they are affordable. Love the people and their quality of work. I can't wait to hire them for our monthly cleanings! We will definitely be referring them!

While they did a good job on some things, I had to call the crew back to clean floors, baseboards, and trim. Some of the surfaces had not even been touched. They did come back and did a better job, but as I was examining other areas more closely, I noticed the bottom of the refrigerator under the drawers had not been cleaned and had stuck on food, etc., the microwave still had food in it, and the warming drawer of the stove was filthy, and remained untouched. I ended up cleaning these areas myself. And though they came back and cleaned the floors better, I still had to re-clean them.

I booked an appointment then I called back twice during business hours to change the appointment time and left multiple messages and they never replied back. Finally I called and canceled my appointment and went with another company Who is slightly more expensive but reliable. If you dont have time for your business then you're not going to get mine!

The two techs Eeva/Coninja that cleaned my carpet did a excellent job upstairs and downstairs they did a perfesstional job this is the first time I used Mighty Kleen but it will not be the last time thanks for the "Great" job my carpet never looked so good

This review is not based on the level of cleanliness they provide but more about professionalism. I’ve used them once before and they did a great job however they were extremely late and no one called to say anything. I called them and he said a guy was on his way. I figured things happen and gave them the benefit. Once the job was completed we were satisfied so I decided to use them again. Here it is, I scheduled an appointment with them and no one has called or showed up. It’s been hours. Never again. I won’t even bother calling.
