Extremely poor customer service on phone!! The woman I was speaking with put me “on hold”, then proceeded to say really nasty things about me to her co-worker (obscenities, etc.). Apparently, she didn’t realize that I wasn’t really on hold and that I could hear everything she was saying. She also said to her co-worker that she quoted me a date in March because she thought I would say “never mind”. She then hung up on me withought ever coming back on the line.

I had bad gutters replaced. The work was professional done by a true craftsman. Everybody on the phone was incredibly nice. I had a truly great experience with this company!

The advisor that came out rude and unable to answer questions when asked. Got very defensive and entire face and posture unprofessional. He was unable to go off script and seemed like main goal was to re-evaluate entire system instead of repairs which is what I called in originally for. They basically shot themselves in foot as replacing gutters was a future project.

Had a great time talking with the ladies in the office. Brad came out and gave a very descriptive quote with 2 options. I thought on them for about a week, gave him a call back with questions with the expectation he would call back since he was driving and had to have time to review the quote. Haven't heard from him in more than a week.

Once again, for the third time, Gutterman has exceeded my expectations. The team was thorough, fast, and super nice. They stand out as exceptional! Thank you Gutterman!!

This job got rescheduled twice because of rain in the area. Third time was a charm. The crew showed up on time , took care of business efficiently and were courteous to me and the property. Excellent communication with the front office as well. Won't hesitate to call them again.

The Gutter Man is 100% efficient, professional and their products and services are very reasonably priced. I loved the entire process from first contact through to completion of the project. If I could, I would give them 10 stars! ☺️

Right after I left my previous review, the company reached out to me and explained that the delay was due to Covid related supply issues, which makes sense. Still not a good reason to not keep me updated, this I’m taking away 1 star.

They were prompt about putting up the gutters, did a good job cleaning up afterwards, and it’s been working well so far. I also received a follow up text to see if I had any questions, so I appreciate the customer service.

Overall, I recommend this company for your gutter needs, as long as they make an extra effort to keep customers updated on the status of the install date.

They seemed nice and friendly when signing up, but their service turned to the worse afterwards. No news about when they’ll come. Spoke to someone last week and they said they’d call back. I called twice since and left voicemails. Last time I was told they’ll come today, but I guess that’s not happening. Planning on filing a fraud complaint with my credit card company and BBB.

Had gutters and gutter guards installed. Very well done and reasonably priced. They arrived on time, the work was quickly completed and a friendly crew to answer all questions. Well pleased with the result.

We had The Gutterman install gutters all around our 2 story house about a month ago. We upgraded to the 6" gutters. I highly recommend them. The gutters performed as designed during the recent historic massive hurricane Harvey floods. No issues, 100 percent satisfied with the product.

I had seeded my lawn and covered the seed with straw a week before my appointment on April 22nd. I had also overplanted my flower beds with Texas Wildflower seed that were sprouting. When I was forced to leave town before the scheduled service I was not overly concerned. After all, my relationship with The Gutter Man dates back nearly a decade with their staff cleaning my gutters twice each year. I thought I knew what to expect but clearly critical company policies have changed.

I returned home to find vast swaths of straw missing and the seed gone. My flower beds had been raked over and the wildflower seed missing. After speaking with the operations manager, I am totally disgusted. He had the nerve to suggest wind had blown straw into my fenced back yard, and perhaps his team didn't realize the true nature of the situation. I understand the need to avoid a rush to judgement and protect his team. What I don't understand is why someone didn't pick up the phone and ask me why my entire back yard was covered in straw. They had no problem calling me four times to confirm my appointment. Insult was added to injury when the operations manager told me they would deduct $75 from my next appointment.

There will be no next appointment. I will hire a company that cleans gutters the way this company used to perform the task. A company that won't blow debris all over my yard and then sweep up the mess like a schoolboy mowing his first lawn. In the mean time, I'm off to buy more supplies and hope the grass seed has time to germinate before the Texas heat arrives to stay.

From the moment I called The Gutter Man, their entire team was more than top notch! Communication was absolutely great. The team was on time and very professional. They explained the entire job, before starting and cleaned up after themselves, when they were through. Overall, I’d like to give them more stars, but Google only allows me 5 stars. Wish I could select 10!

Great team! Super friendly and prompt. The gutter screens on my house look great and they knocked it out quickly. I have had them back now for roof/gutter cleaning and they do a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

Fabulous job at a very fair price, replacing gutters and downspouts on a 3,000 sq ft home in the Pearland area. We put off finding someone to have this work done because we're cranky and dreaded the whole process. What a great surprise! Friendly, prompt consultation and quick completion of the job. Outstanding crew doing the work, very friendly and professional. They cleaned up so well that it's like the old gutters never existed. Highly recommend.

I had The Gutter Man out to install gutters all around my home . The did a fantastic job and the ladies in the office were very professional kept me up to date on when the crew would be out . The crew were to very polite hard workers. I will definitely use them in the future when I need to get them cleaned.

We have used them for two of our houses here in Houston and they did a great job! Very fast to come out to measure, etc. In both instances (one in 2015 and the other just a few months ago) they were able to have them installed within 3-4 days of the initial contact. The lady that I spoke with in the office is very sweet and does a great job with communication. The people that came out to do the install, etc., called about 30 minutes before they arrived. Super professional and very fast at install. Highly recommend!!!! Also, we got 3 quotes, they were the best price by far!

Purchased a new build home that came with front gutters with an option to add the rest of the house, decided we would find a third party once we purchased and we were super happy we did and found this company. The rep came out and walked me through what he was planning to quote and how and why he was designing the gutters the way he did. We didn’t realize how much thought was put into designing gutters but the rep was very detailed and even explained why he wouldn’t have done certain things the way the stock gutters were done. I did not feel like he was trying to upsell, just simply giving me the facts of what he saw and gave me multiple different options to help with pricing. The things he pointed out with the stock gutters actually happened when we had a big rainstorm, you could see the gutters overflowing in multiple different areas where it was not designed properly. After that rainstorm, I immediately called and scheduled to have them come out and do the whole house plus replace the front gutters. We have not had the overflowing issue since. His crew was very courteous and checked in with me a couple of times throughout the day to make sure everything looked good and they were in and out in a day on a two story house, this included demoing prior gutters and they built all gutters and downspouts onsite for the perfect fit. Quality AND price go a long way with me and I feel like I got both, rather do it right once than go cheap and have to replace multiple times. Definitely recommend.

We have used them for gutter cleaning and gutter installation all over our house. They did great job!! I highly recommending them for their professional approach and best service. The estimator provided great tips and guidance. The installer called before 30 min and they were on time. We will definitely used them again!!!

We have used The Gutter Man over the past 15 years for both installation of new gutters & leaf guards as well as cleaning not only gutters but roof valleys as well. Office staff (Margaret) is delightful to talk to and efficient with scheduling. We've always been able to schedule promptly and work is done efficiently and always cleaned up. Please understand that when raining, crew will not work on the roof to clean valleys.....which is what we prefer....safety first! Thank you Brenden and Tito for a job well done. We can't imagine a reason we would use anyone else.
