Guys were nice but it's honestly just a glorified wet vacuum service. I could've done the same job with cleaner and a scrub. In fact it actually looks like that's all I did. I had two main stains. Pretty heavy dog pee stain and a small soda stain. Neither were cleaned or removed. All stains are still there maybe just half a shade lighter. Not worth my money in the slightest. Workers didn't even inquire about the job they did they just left no word to me about them finishing or if I was satisfied. Absolutely would never use again and I will actually recommend others to just save the couple hundred and scrub it themselves.

Stanley Steemer exceeded our expectations to get up a bunch of dog pee and make our house smell way better. They came early. They got it done and it looks great! The guys were very professional also.

Received services for air duct cleaning. Quoted one price on the internet but quoted something different when work was about to begin. Eric and Marvin were great at doing the work well and professionally. I bought the UV lights which jumped my price up further. They did show pictures of a potential problem in one system and treated it. The other systems were fine. They saved me some money on the system treatments. It still was not what I expected to pay. I am very pleased with the outcome and my complaint is that some wires and extension cords were not placed so as not to hinder and block walk way access for other vendors. I will have to tape and re-wire to restore safe passage. I would have also liked all the trash to have been removed from the attic. I will have to clean that up as well. This removed a star.

My experience was definitely one for the books. I didn’t think that the carpet could come as clean as I wanted, but these two definitely got the job done. If only I had taken pictures of my kids carpet before hand you guys wouldn’t believe that they were able to get those stains out. I would definitely recommend them again. They were conversational, full of spirit, and I love their energy. If you need your carpet clean these are definitely the people to call.

The before and after says it all. Our dog got sick with diarrhea all over the carpet and our rug. The house smelled terrible. Jose & Blas cleaned the carpet and rug perfectly and the smell disappeared. They were in and out well under an hour. Highly recommend.

Our couches needed a little holiday magic. They hadn’t been cleaned in years!!! The upholstery is very light and Stanley gave them a new glow. The technicians were fast and through. Our couches were dry the next day just in time for guests!

Mr. Eric and Mr. Markus are both very experienced and very knowledgeable and professional gentleman. They came the same day we ordered them. They took before and after pictures of the dryer hose on the inside. I’m extremely happy with the results. Thank you all again for your kindness and outstanding service. Sebastian came out last week & did a Fabulous job on cleaning traffic patterns & a food spill that landed on the carpet😳 He did a very thorough job, paid attention to detail, & was careful when moving a motorized rise recliner & side table, providing clean edges around the spill.
Sebastian was so professional, arrived right on time, & even called first to notify me of his name & arrival time.

I could have done myself what they done for almost $400.00 ! Very dissatisfied didn’t get any of the stains up , just cleaned what already was clean!

Very professional. Explained the process in a way that I can understand. I ordered the Hvac duct and vent cleaning. They showed up the same day, got in the attic, found black mold throughout the Hvac system. Notified me of extra charges to clean and treat the mold, then completed the rest of the job without any issues.
Great job, the house smells clean and healthy again.

I had a great experience with Danny and Agustin from Stanley Steemer. They came by yesterday to give me a quote and returned today to complete the duct cleaning service. Both of them were polite, professional, and very helpful throughout the process.

The ducts needed some attention, and Danny and Agustin did an amazing job. They handled everything professionally and without any judgment, taking care of it thoroughly. I really appreciate their kindness, attention to detail, and how easy they made the whole process. I can already tell a difference in the air quality!

My carpet is 20 + years old so I wasn’t expecting a miracle. But they created one any way. And to top it off they were kind and respectful. Definitely would use them again..

Two very professional gentlemen worked very hard and cleans my tile floors, carpet and an area rug. Very friendly and explained what was being done. Also gave some excellent advice on keeping the tile areas clean and suggested the best product to use.

Nathaniel and Seth did an amazing job. The carpet and tile had not been cleaned in 30 yrs, so the dust was readily visible.

The Stanley Steemer team vacuumed up big pieces, then started the steam and deodorizer process. After that, they put their solution on the tiles and scrubbed before using their machine on the tile.

I am impressed with the quality of the job, efficiency of the team and their professionalism.

💯 recommend services! The crew, Markus and Marbin was early (with phone call asking) and the set up and air duct cleaning was very professional! I upgraded the ultraviolet light as well after the information advice with me buying a used home! Previous owners had cats and dogs in house and we can smell the before and after difference with the cleaning!
We just scheduled the tile floor cleaning and can't wait for that service!

Two very professional guys provided an estimate and explanation of what was going on with the AC ducts. Unfortunately, replacement ducting is the path forward but I highly recommend SS services to everyone. Class act business with invaluable employees.

I was very pleased with a work. The stains were gone. The couch looked brand new again and when my husband walked in, he went wow the spots are gone. The couch looks new.
