I've called one of the representative several times concerning referring new Franchise and a current one . No reply.

Great business opportunity for hard working business owners. I moved here from Seattle and here in Houston it was much easier to start my business.

My parents did the franchise it was a HORRIBLE experience unfortunate my parents don’t read English and because of that my parents got the the wrong end of the stick there was so much miscommunication ...unfortunate the were robbed $10,000 dollars from this people it was a huge mistake ! And this company take advantage of that treated like trash did not take them serious at all they use to have some many locations ask your self why they only have one weird 🤔🤔🤔 Coincidence 🤔🤔🤔 ????? I have the papers to prove it !!! They made my parents believe and dream they are horrible it’s the company fault !!! not the people that go clean because they say one thing the other say another how do you not expect for the people in the office not get mad if company just changes again n again what they are suppose to do ....instead of telling the company why were they not told by the people in the office they could leave a note n say please do this this and that instead the company hey don’t want you n the company just gives them a list on what to do not from people at the office themselves !!

This company is absolutely terrible. I’ve been trying for 5 weeks to get ahold of somebody to cancel my service. They do a terrible job of cleaning but are even worse at responding to their customers. Each time I’ve gotten someone on the phone I’m told that the manager will give me a call when they “get out of their meeting”. I’ll wait a week for no call.

In all my years in outside sales, I never have gotten the amount of referrals that I do with Coverall. When I call on a customer that already uses our service, invariably the feedback I get is very positive!

Do not use this company!! They hire a subcontractor and do the absolute worst job cleaning. We have been thru 3 different people and when I finally said enough is enough and fired them, I am now going on 3 weeks without getting my key back. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else!!

Worst experience ever! From the subpar cleaning down to the payment system. This company is a complete sham. The cleaning team assigned to my space stay for 10-15min max and barley touch anything. I have made it very clear that there is one room that needs to be well dusted every time and they STILL never do it!
