After the winter storm, my recently widowed mother returned to a water pipe burst in her bedroom. There was flooding and sheetrock and insulation and mud all over her bed, floors, bathroom, etc. She was shocked and devastated. We knew it was a long-shot, but we reached out to Merry Maids as soon as she had power and Connor (manager) promised to find a team to send the next day (despite suffering damage to his home). He kept his word, and Erica and crew came. They completely outdid themselves with the cleaning. I cried. I literally cried. They were on-time, professional, thorough, diligent, safe, and very kind. They even stacked my mothers shoes that were scattered about due to the flooding waters ravaging her closet. Even though we still have a huge hole in the ceiling, the house looks liveable and decent. Thank you. Thank you kindly for bringing us some relief from this traumatic experience. We are forever grateful and will only use Merry Maids in the future. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Esmeralda has been cleaning our home for about the past two years. She has been thorough with her cleaning, and it is always nice to come back to a clean house when she is finished.

Are cleaner was very professional, and we are thoroughly happy with all the cleaning that was done. It was our first time using a cleaning service, and we will probably use Mary maids on a monthly basis.

Very professional crews and they quality check their work. The cleaning crews are trustworthy individuals and they also circle back asking about the satisfaction of each area they've completed. I highly recommend this company. Also, if there are any problems at all they will make it right. I wouldn't use anyone else!
