We needed a move out house cleaning. We ended up paying and then having to finish the work ourselves. They asked for more money than what was quoted. When I questioned it the woman on the phone acted very rude. They cleaned some things well but completely ignored the baseboards and cabinetry and windows which they were supposed to do.

The only thing I can say about this company is read the contract they make you sign. At no time was I ever advised of the huge $346 dollar cancellation fee. They're excuse is that it is for the first cleaning that was done, but in reality I had already paid for that cleaning at a special "half price" as was explained by the sales person. When confronted with this information all they could say was "it's in the contract". So effectively I had to pay double the cost to get out of my contract after I had been a customer for almost eight months and never missed a payment. Horrible customer service!

Excellent service! Team member, Esmeralda is wonderful. I so appreciate her service. My home is always fresh and clean after her visit.

1/ 31 - The house was NOT cleaned properly the 1st time, and the workers one named Daniela lied about it. I cleaned most of the house myself but was required to have it professionally cleaned upon move out since I sold my home.

I had to call in to request someone to come back since I had to vacate that day. A lady returned and confirmed and took pictures to show that it was not just the floors that weren't mopped. The 2nd lady was a lot better and was honest... so one star thanks to her. No compensation was offered for my time to be inconvenienced.

I also had to call the next day to ask for a receipt (why) they took the money out my account had no problem but failed to send a receipt? The guy who answered was rude, stating they had a meeting and rushed me off the phone

I will never use this company again, nor will I refer this company to anyone I know. Since your workers lied, I don't trust your work.

I am displeased with this company I have used them for the past three weeks and was quoted a price and charged something different. My apartment is too small to take an hour and a half for the kitchen. And to change the pricing and over charge me I will never use them again. You lost a loyal customer and my referrals.

My home was clean and very well done. I have 3 toddlers and it was nice to smell clean and fresh for them. They even made the playroom look nice.

Have used MM Northwest a few times now for total top to bottom, all day deep cleaning. Every time has been an outstanding experience, especially this one (Oct. 2018). It would have taken me a week of hard labor to do what these ladies did in just a day. Every surface, ceiling fan blade and mini blind clean and dusted, all bathrooms and kitchen counters, appliances, toilets, baths, etc. sparkling. Whole house just felt fresh and clean. Best treat I ever gave my wife.

I’ve used Merry Maids for the last two years when I moved to Cypress. Quality and excellent service every time. I can text the contact number with possible dates/times and they are very responsive with options. Always friendly, easy to book, and all the cleaning teams are detailed, efficient, and sweet! Highly recommended!

Raquel and her partner worked so hard. My wife is so happy. My wife has health problems and cannot clean house like she used to. I asked my wife to make a list of things she wanted done before they got here but when she saw them working my wife knew that she didn't need to tell the Merry Maids anything. Money well spent.

When Rosa does our cleaning, everything is perfect! She's wonderful!

However, this past week whoever did our cleaning threw our permanent metal coffee filter in the garbage. We were able to recover it, but it is not disposable

I’ve been really happy with their services. They send a text two days before telling when they are coming, then another link the day of that you can see on a map when they will arrive. They’ve done a good job cleaning every time. Always show up.

Maria and Irma were wonderful. They arrived on time. They were patient with my first baby. They dusted the tops of every surface and on I live on a dirt road and that means a lot that I paid for the clean the oven service. So worth it. I try to give them a Headstart and burned on the oven cleaner, I don’t know how long Irma had to work on it. But it looks like like new. I hope that I asked him to come back in a month and I would want this team of Rea and Erma. Good job Estoy Contenta!

Merry Maids did such a great job on cleaning my home. I have two dogs and two kids so you can imagine it's not easy to clean and maintain my home. After Merry Maids cleaned I couldn't even find anymore dog hair on the baseboards. I loved that they followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. I would definitely reccomend Merry Maids.

We have been using Merry Maids for years. Jessica does a great job keeping our home clean. What I really love is that I can count on her showing up in her schedule day. I don't have to rearrange my schedule at all. Plus, they make it easy by debiting my account rather than me having to write a check or leave cash out. That makes it easy for me.

Azlin and her partner were the BEST! We scheduled a first time deep clean with them and were overjoyed with the results. Our apartment was a mess, due to health issues my husband and I have been unable to keep up lately. I was embarrassed but reached out for help. They went above and beyond and were so kind, they in no way made me feel badly. They genuinely wanted to help. The system was so easy, we were even able to tip on our card afterwards as well. Booking the team to come back weekly now as they're so affordable. Highly recommended!!!!
