I used Zerorez for the first time. Scheduling was simple on line. The office staff was very courteous and prompt. The technician, Dexter, came out as scheduled and was fantastic. He cleaned carpets and cleaned my tile floors. He was very efficient and did an outstanding job! Highly recommend company and technician!

Updated 4/28: Still pleased as always with their carpet cleaning! Will never use anyone else. We have 4 large dogs and one cat. Our carpets always come out amazing!!!

I will never trust another company to do my carpets excepts Zerorez. They showed up at the beginning of my 2 hour window and went over everything with me. I have tried so many carpet cleaning companies and this was hands down the best. No chemicals and very little water left. Only a little damp which is to be expected. My carpet was in pretty bad shape and now it looks brand new, feels brand new and smells good, not musky. You will not be disappointed! 5+⭐️

This was my second time using Zerorez Carpet Cleaning as I LOVE they are environmentally friendly with no harsh chemicals or smells. Tim was our tech today., and he did an amazing job in getting our carpets looking like new. He demonstrates professionalism, has excellent communication skills, and most respectful I will definitely be a repeat customer as Zerorez does not disappoint.

Thank you for asking me to share my experience on the rug carpet cleaning I had with one of your employee today. I like the politeness of the guy and his hardwork, but what I didn't like is the cleaning and I told him. It rwas more of vacuuming than cleaning. I chose zerorez because of the marvelous cleaning the first employee who came to our home did. I didn't even know that the carpet would be as clean as he left it. But this time didn't pay off. Thoroughly impressed with the work and customer service received from my service rep Timothy. He thoroughly explained the treatment I received today. He did excellent work on the carpet in my home, he was prompt, professional, and courteous.

Tim came to clean our 175 church chairs. He was very professional, very friendly, and worked very hard. Everything looks so fresh and clean. We are ready for our opening day.

The only issue was that the main office did not call 30 min. prior to showing up as promised. (Keith showed up early👍but we were not home)

Scheduling was quick and easy. Pricing was fair and similar to other companies. Technician arrived early, discussed what I wanted and ensured the online quote was accurate and matches what I was asking to be done. He worked quickly and efficiently. Finished job looks amazing!

Zerorez did an amazing job! Our carpets were horrible from pets and boys but they Brought our carpet back to life - it looks brand new! They were profession and took their time to do the job fantastic! Definitely recommend them and will be using them again! Thank you Zerorez!

My tenant showed this pic after the clean, to me that’s not clean at all, I’m not sure this worth $208.
The issue came up after, I scheduled a clean and paid $29 deposit to secure the job. The Cleaner came to the house and ask to pay the balance before the job. Since he cannot reach me at that moment, he left.
I was called by the person in the office to pay the balance and I had to call the guy to come back to do the job. Why am I the one (the customer) have to call their employee?!
I thought most company do the job first, then customer pay them the balance? When I called about the situation, the guy seems confuse.
Really Weird situation.

Tim came out today and gave us excellent service. This is our 2nd time using Zerorez and we are 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend them for your carpet and/or cleaning needs.

Heard about these guys on tv, and just wow!
Gave me a great price and amazing service, did everything under two hours and no sticky or wet mess to clean afterwards.
10/10 miracle work on my mothers pet stained carpets.
The difference was night and day, instantaneous as well.
Having Paul as my tech was such a value and blessing to this house.
Will call on them again for more rooms in the future.
Recommended to anyone who needs affordable and quality cleaning.
